        소결 조건에 따른 Mn<SUB>2/3 - x</SUB>Zn<SUB>1/3 + x</SUB>Fe₂O₄ Ferrite의 자기적 특성

        Mn<SUB>2/3 - x</SUB>Zn<SUB>1/3 + x</SUB>Fe₂O₄ (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) spinel ferrites samples were prepared by conventional ceramic process and the effects of the composition, sintering temperature and atmosphere (air, nitrogen) on the structure and magnetic properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that all the samples sintered at T ≥ 1200℃ have single spinel phases. The average grain size of the samples increased with increasing sintering temperature, although a clear dependence of the microstructure on x were not shown. Magnetization curves measured on the wire-wound toroidal samples by using a B-H curve tracer showed soft magnetic behaviors for all the samples. The magnetic flux density value and complex permeability (μ = μ` + jμ) spectra sensitively varied with x and processing conditions. The highest dc permeability of dB/dH = 8896 could be achieved at the x = 0.1 sample sintered in nitrogen at 1250℃.

        Sr₃Co₂Z-흑연-에폭시 복합체의 마이크로파 흡수 특성

        Z-type Sr-hexaferrites (Sr₃Co₂Fe<SUB>24+x</SUB>O<SUB>41</SUB>, x =-1.0,-0.5, 0.0, 0.5, 1.0) were prepared by solid-state reaction processes. XRD analysis revealed that almost single Z-type hexaferrite phase could be obtained at the Fe-deficient composition of x =-1.0. In SEM analysis, it is found that the grain size gradually decreases with increase of x. For the single phase Sr₃Co₂Fe<SUB>24+x</SUB>O<SUB>41</SUB> (x =-1.0) powder samples, the Sr₃Co₂Z powder-epoxy-graphite composites were prepared with varying graphite amount (0.00, 1.25, 2.50, 3.75, 5.00 wt%). The height of real and imaginary part of permittivity spectra gradually increases with increasing the graphite amount, whereas the permeability spectra does not show significant variation with the graphite amount. The peak of imaginary part of permeability at ~3GHz corresponds to the ferromagnetic resonance of the Z-type hexaferrites. The reflection loss (RL) which reflects the electromagnetic wave absorption performances was calculated as functions of frequency and thickness. The minimum RL values are in range of -53 dB~-38 dB and the frequency of minimum RL decreased from 3.18 GHz to 2.49 GHz with the increase of graphite addition.

        식품알레르기로 인해 흡수 장애와 빈혈을 일으킨 호산구성 위장염 1예

        Eosinophilic gastroenteritis (EG) is a rare disease characterized by massive eosinophilic infiltration of gastrointestinal tissue, peripheral eosinophilia, and nonspecific gastrointestinal symptoms. The mucosal type of EG commonly presented with malabsorption and anemia. However, the role of food allergy as a stimulus to EG has not yet been clearly defined. A 27-year-old man was referred to the Emergency Department with dyspepsia and leg swelling. The initial laboratory test should as follows: hemoglobin level, 6.4 g/dL; white blood cell count, 7,400/μL with 24.4% of eosinophil fraction; serum total protein, 3.9 g/dL; albumin level, 2.8 g/dL. Gastric endoscopy ruled out gastrointestinal bleeding showed multiple nodular raised lesions on the gastric antrum, which revealed increased eosinophilic infiltration (above 100/high power field). He had experienced nausea whenever eating beef, porks or fish. High serum specific IgE levels to offending foods (beef, 0.82 kU/L; pork, 0.83 kU/L; egg white, 0.40 kU/L; egg yolk, 0.54 kU/L; milk, 0.81 kU/L) were noted. He was instructed strictly to avoid food allergens with oral prednisolone therapy. Approximately 6 months after offending food restriction, the eosinophil count fell down to 400/μL, the hemoglobin level was returned to 11.5 g/dL and the serum albumin level was increased to 4.1 g/dL. We report a case of EG caused by multiple food allergy which leads to malabsorption and iron-deficiency anemia.(Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2015;3:228-231)
