御所から追放された二条は、『巻3』で突然「尼」の姿で登場している。二条は自分の出家の見出しとして 仏教的な無常観を唱えてはいるものの、彼女の生活は仏教的な無常観とは掛け離れたものであった。つまり、彼 女は自分の出家に対し「煩悩を与えた俗世から逃避するため都から遠く離れてきた」という回想に耽っている が、実際には出家とはいいがたい矛盾─何かに託つけて頻りに世人との交わりの契機を作り出すなど、俗世との 繋がりを維持しようとした─を犯していたのである。このような矛盾の始発は涙と恨を伴う都への「懐かしさ」であ り、この「懐かしさ」の中心には自分を御所から追い出した後深草院がいた。二条は「表面的」には修行生活 を営為しながらも「場所的」に過去である「都」と「人」としての過去である「後深草院」から走り抜けられな かった。そしてそのような二条の生き方は「自己矛盾」と「執着」といった表現で集約できるとも言えよう。本稿 は二条の「自己矛盾」と「執着」の具体的な様相とともに「自己矛盾」と「執着」が究極的に何を意味してい るのかを明らかに探ろうとしている。二条の「自己矛盾」と「執着」は、常に「尼」である身分を念に置きながら も後深草院に向けた妄執だけは取り払えなかったことを告白する経路である一方、一つの方便であったのであ る。

Zingerone Attenuates Pi-induced Vascular Calcification via AMPK-mediated TIMP4 Expression

Objective: Vascular calcification requires the differentiation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) into osteoblast-like cells. This phenomenon can be enhanced by inflammation and oxidative stress. Zingerone is one of the active ingredients present in the ginger plant that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Other functions include anti-obesity, anti-nausea effects. However, the functions of zingerone on vascular calcification has not yet been elucidated. This study investigated the effect of zingerone on vascular calcification and its molecular mechanism. Methods: Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (PCR), real-time PCR and Western blot analysis was used to measure expression levels of osteogenic marker genes and to investigate whether calcification was regulated by the expression of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 4 (TIMP4). Alizarin red S staining was used to measure calcium deposition. Studies were carried out in VSMCs. Results: Zingerone induced the expression of 2 markers of VSMCs differentiation (α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and smooth muscle 22α (SM22α)) and decreased the expression of core-binding factor α-1 (CBFA1). Additionally, zingerone decreased inorganic phosphate (Pi)-induced expression of distal-less homeobox 5 and CBFA1. AMPK phosphorylation and TIMP4 expression were increased by zingerone. Importantly, zingerone protected VSMCs from calcification, and this protective effect was confirmed by increased TIMP4 via overexpression of AMPK, and inhibition of TIMP4 by Compound C. Zingerone upregulated AMPK/TIMP4 expression and recovered Pi-induced inhibition of TIMP4. Conclusions: Taken together, our results show that zingerone inhibits Pi-induced vascular calcification by regulating the AMPK/TIMP4 signaling cascade in VSMCs. These results suggest that the natural product zingerone could be useful for treating vascular and metabolic diseases.

I divided Korean handicraftsmen's systems into three different parts Ancient times, GyoYeo Dynasty and Chosun Dynasty.<br/> In the era of The United Shilla Kingdom, the government accepted Dang's handicraftsmen's system and it became altered into Shllla stule<br/> The government also founded many offices which were in charge of managing handicraftsmens and handicraft goods Under the United Shllla Kingdom, the system was passed on to the GyoYeo Dynasty and it was further developed<br/> Factories which were run by the government were built in GaeGyoung and its outskirts Whey Bang consisted of "So" where professional handicraftsmen belonged and temples where many artisans belonged There were also many handicraftsmen who belonged to the government and made art crafts according to the needs of the Royal Family and the government. As we can see in geum so, eun so, dong so, chul so and Ja myoung so, there were professional handicrafstmen's groups called "So". During the Jo Sun Dynasty, low-ranked people and naturalized people became handicraftsmen. Most of them were from Hyang, So, Boo Gok during King SeJong's 16th year in power he supplied handicraftsmen from middle-low class people. Most skillful handicraftsmen groups who belonged to Kyoung Gong Jang made military weapons as well as high-class ornaments The handicraftsmen who belonged to Whey Gong Jang made raw material goods which were half completed and some military goods according to the needs of local governments. During the Jo Sun Dynasty, handicraftsmen jobs were subdivided and specialized In order to settle our traditional art crafts culture into our modern lives, we should show interest in our traditional culture and use it in our every day lives Thus, we have to study to get our lost skills back and further develop them by adding creativity and modern senses. By studying those skills in universities, we will be able to integrate out traditional culture with today's lifestyle.

양육경험이 있는 기혼유아교사의 방과후 과정 돌봄 이야기

연구목적: 본 연구는 기혼유아교사들의 양육경험이 방과후 과정 교실에 어떻게 반영되어 나타나며, 그들 이 어머니 경험을 통해 유아교사로서 어떠한 변화와 발전의 모습을 보이는지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 B 광역시 소재 사립 유치원 방과후 과정을 담당하는 기혼유아교사 5인을 참여자로 선정하여 2013년 12월 30일부터 2014년 2월 28일까지 2회씩 개별 심층면담을 실시하였으며 참여교사들의 교사저널을 주 2회씩 한 달간 수집하여 분석 하였다. 연구결과: 연구 결과 기혼유아교사들은 방과후 과정 유아들에게 활동보다는 돌봄이 우선되어야 한다고 느끼고 있었으며, 자신의 출산과 양육경험을 통해 유아 들을 바라보는 눈이 교사의 관점에서 엄마의 관점으로 변화하였다고 하였다. 또한 기혼유아교사들은 모성 경험을 토대로 교사로서의 변화와 성장을 경험하고 있었는데, 유아와의 정서적 유대감을 형성함으로 유아 들을 더 주의 깊게 사랑하고 돌봐주는 모습을 보였으며 가정일과 육아에서 벗어나 전문적인 교사로 일하는 시간을 만족해하면서 그를 통해 교사로서의 자신감과 정체성을 찾아가는 모습을 보여주었다. 결론: 이러한 결과를 토대로 돌봄의 기능이 더 많이 강조되는 방과후 과정 교실 운영과 관련해 기혼유아교사의 모성적 돌봄에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.
