문화역량과 문화예술활동이 예비유아교사의 창의성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 문화역량과 문화예술활동이 예비유아교사의 창의성에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 지역 대학에 재학중인 예비유아교사 272명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 검증, 기술통계, Pearson 적률상관관계 분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 문화역량과 예비유아교사의 창의성은 문화예술활동에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 문화역량은 예비유아교사의 창의성과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 문화역량의 하위요인 중 상상력, 표현력, 관심이 예비유아교사의 창의성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 유아교사의 창의성 증진을 위해 문화역량 및 문화예술활동이 고려되어야 함을 제안하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. This study examined the effect of culture competence and arts activities on preservice early childhood teachers’ creativity. The subjects were 272 preservice early childhood teachers enrolled in colleges and universities around Seoul, Gyeonggi province. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. This main result of the study were follows. First, the preservice early childhood teacher’s culture competence and creativity showed significant difference in arts activities. Second, there was a significant positive correlations among the preservice early childhood teacher’s culture competence and creativity. Third, the preservice early childhood teacher’s culture competence exert a significant influence on their creativity. Therefore, this study suggests that the preservice early childhood teacher’s culture competence, arts activities is important to increase their creativity.

예비유아교사의 사회적 문제해결기술과 창의성 간의 관계에서 문화역량의 매개효과

예비유아교사의 창의성은 교육과정운영과 연계하여 유아교사의 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 예비유아교사의 창의성 증진을 위한 적극적 노력이 요구된다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 사회적 문제해결기술과 창의성 간 관계에서 문화역량의 매개효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 서울 및 수도권 지역 대학에 재학중인 예비유아교사 223명이다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 분석하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 사회적 문제해결기술과 창의성, 문화역량 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 사회적 문제해결기술과 창의성 간의 관계에서 문화역량의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 이에 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 창의성 증진을 위해 사회적 문제해결기술과 문화역량이 연계되어야 함을 제안하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다. This study examined the mediating effect of cultural competency in the relationship between social problem-solving skills and creativity of prospective infant teachers. The subjects of the study were 223 prospective infant teachers attending universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The collected data were analyzed by applying a structural equation model, and the results of this study are as follows. First, the results of the correlation analysis between social problem-solving skills, creativity, and cultural competence of prospective infant teachers all showed statistically significant correlations. Second, cultural competency had a significant partial mediating effect in the relationship between social problem-solving skills and creativity of prospective infant teachers. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it suggested that cultural competencies should be considered to improve the creativity of prospective infant teachers.
