청소년의 학교생활부적응에 영향을 미치는 개인, 가정, 사회환경요인에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 청소년의 학교생활부적응에 영향을 미치는 개인, 가족, 사회환경요인의 상대적 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 따라 개인요인은 부적응도식과 자아탄력성, 가정요인은 학대피해경험, 사회환경요인은 또래지지, 교사지지, 지역사회자본을 설정한 후, 학교생활부적응에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 검증하였다. 검증을 위해 경상도지역 중학생 326명의 자료를 최종분석 하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 청소년의 학교생활부적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학대피해경험이 가장 높게 나타났고, 부적응도식, 또래지지, 지역사회자본 순으로 상대적 영향력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 결과를 통해 청소년이 가정에서 보호자에 의해 경험하는 학대피해경험과 부적응도식은 학교생활에 부적응을 초래하는 가장 큰 요인임을 알 수 있다. 또한 또래지지를 높여주거나 지역사회자본을 형성하여 청소년이 활용할 수 있도록 접근성을 높여준다면 청소년의 학교생활부적응이 완화될 수 있음을 시사한다. In this study, we tried to find out the relative influence of individual, family, and social environmental factors that affect adolescents' maladjustment to school life. Accordingly, maladjustment schema and ego resilience were set as personal factors, abuse victim experience as family factors, and peer support, teacher support, and community social capital as social and environmental factors. The research results are as follows. As for the factors affecting adolescents' maladjustment to school life, experience of abuse was the highest, followed by maladjustment scheme, peer support, and community capital in order of relative influence. Through this result, it can be seen that the experience of abuse and maladjustment scheme experienced by the guardian at home are the biggest factors that cause maladjustment to school life. In addition, it suggests that adolescents' maladjustment to school life can be alleviated if they increase peer support or form community capital to increase accessibility so that adolescents can utilize it.
