Now a day, the transition of automobile industry’s trend has influenced to the general automobile manufacturing’s competition factor. The emerging markets are already archived the half portion of the automobile market which cause the price become more important rather than quality or technical function. Furthermore, various approaches for lightening the weight of plastic injection product are applied according to the electric automobile and autonomous vehicle industry’s paradigm. So far, there are lots of studies on improving plastic injection technique and reducing time from the global companies and part suppliers. This paper presents the new method of improving the productivity and also decreases the cycle time and its quality.

The purpose of this study is developing the runoff model using dynamic simulator. A dynamic simulator is the self-organization simulation which is based on related databases, components concept and unidirectional information fetch scheme. In runoff model, there are components of atmosphere, basins, channel and rester and they collect information from geometric proximate components. In this study, the runoff model is applied by establishing imaginary basins. The model's usefulness is proved by comparing its result with synthetic unit hydro's.
