정경택 교육과학기술부 국제과학비즈니스벨트기획단장은 '해결사'로 불린다. 지난해 교과부 과학기술정책실 정책조정기획관으로 부임해 국가 연구개발 컨트롤타워인 '국가과학기술위원회'를 성공적으로 출범시켰다. 다음 해결 주제는 '말도 많고 탈도 많던' 국제과학비즈니스벨트(과학벨트) 사업이었다. 그는 민간 전문가들로 구성된 '국제과학비즈니스벨트위원회'를 구성해 2년여를 끌어온 과학벨트 입지 선정을 지난 5월 마무리했다. 과학벨트 사업은 여전히 국내외 과학자들의 관심 대상 0순위다. 올 연말 기초과학연구원이 설립되고 내년엔 기초과학연구원 산하 연구단 25개가 선정된다. 과학자들에게 새로운 연구 기회가 생기는 셈이다.

This story is about righteous dogs. In the moral point of view, it means that a dog has bestiality lived up to good action. ‘Osu Euiguseolhwa’ in 『Bohanjip』-written by Choi Ja-was the first of Korea. This is a touching story that a dog rescued the life of its master in danger. There was the very spot where the accident took place and it has the literary educational value. However, there is little that the materials to put up the texture, or teaching-learning plans. So the purpose of this study is to recognize the educational value of the story and to seek ways to use the story as teaching materials.<BR> Chapter Ⅱ reviewed tradition types and aspects of the story. There are several types in this story, but I studied only five types. The types of righteous dogs are as follows: a dog put out a fire and rescued the life of its master; a dog died as soon as the master died ; a dog reported the undeserved death of its master to the government office, and found the dead body of its master, arrested a criminal, and then returned the kindness of its master; a dog informed the death of its master to family, or defended the dead body of its one from a wild beast and held a funeral; a dog saved from attacks of a wicked fellow or a ferocious beast like a tiger. I knew tradition aspects of this story through ‘Osu Euiguseolhwa’ in 『Bohanjip』, tradition regions and other evidence.<BR> Chapter Ⅲ examined types of this story in textbook and the literary educational value. From the 4th course of curriculum to the 7th one, this story in Korean textbook was presented just one topic at the level wandered from the essence of the literary education. Also, in the literary educational value, I knew that the literary universal emotion as love, sorrow, and delight look like other literary genre was presented well, so these can be good educational materials.<BR> In chapter Ⅳ, I did ‘rewriting’ in children"s developmental level of elementary school. I studied intensively, in the case of rewriting, put the literary lesson in the 『reading』 textbook of 4th grade to realize the goals of the literary education. In stand on these contents, I intended it to assign on the first lesson of the fifth place in the first semester textbook of 4th grade. Besides, it is linked with this story, transcend a relion, ‘Osu’, I tried to assign ‘Seonsan Euigudo’ of ‘Seonsan Euiguseolhwa’ out of this story on ‘Shimteo’ behind the fifth place in the first semester textbook of 4th grade.<BR> In chapter Ⅴ, I presented teaching-learning model to teach this story efficiently and planed and applied teaching-learning plan.<BR> I knew this story made to teaching materials in accord with level of elementary school were interesting and the effect of education was great.<BR> So this story should be put on the elementary textbook and then must carry out an in-depth study about it.
