A simple tuning methods of PI, PD and PID controller are proposed for an integrating process with time delay. This is based on matching the coefficients of corresponding powers of s in the numerator and that in the denominator of the closed-loop transfer function. For set-point tracking problem, the derived controller is found to be a PD controller which is shown by Lee's tuning rule based on minimizing the performance indexes (lSE, IAE, ITAE) using a real-coded genetic algorithm. A method can be also proposed PI, PID controllers according to tuning parameter lambda (A) similar to IMC method. Simulation example is given to illustrate the set-point tracking performance of the proposed method.

The design and synthesis of a state feedback controller assumes the feedback of all state variables of the system. However, some state variables are not physical quantifies so that sensors may not be available, or may be too expensive to measure. Hence, a state observer can be an alternative to estimate unmeasurable state variables. This paper therefore presents a scheme for state observer-based stabilization control of inverted pendulum systems. The feedback gain matrices of both the state feedback controller and the state observer are tuned by real-coded genetic algorithms(RCGAs) such that the given performance indices are minimized. The proposed method is demonstrated through simulations.

츄잉검의 저장중 물성변화를 파악키 위해 성분 및 제조조건을 다르게 시료를 제조하여 저장중 수분함량의 변화, 기계적 물성 및 관능적 물성값을 측정하였다. 저장중 수분함량의 변화는 RH32, 43%의 낮은 상대습도에서는 물엿함량이 적을수록, 물엿의 DE가 낮을수록 탈습(脫濕) 심하게 일어났고, RH65, 85%에서는 반대로 물엿이 함량이 많을수록, DE가 높을수록 흡습(吸濕)이 심하였다. 전반적으로 기계적 물성값의 변화는 낮은 상대습도에서는 급격히 증가하였고, RH65%에서는 평형, RH85%에서는 약간 감소하였다. 이러한 변화는 수분함량의 변화 및 물엿의 DE값에 크게 영향을 받았으며 반면에 물엿의 함량, 제조조건 및 저장온도에 대한 영향은 크지 않았다. 수분함량과 각 기계적 물성값은 대수함수 관계로 나타낼 수 있었으며, 이들간에는 모두 0.1%의 유의 수준에서 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 관능적 물성과 기계적 물성간에는 모두 0.1% 유의수준에서 상관관계가 있었으며, 희귀식으로부터 각 물성의 최적값을 추정하였다. Changes in intrumental and sensory Theological parameters of chewing gum during storage were stuided. Texture changes are influenced to the great extent by moisture content of stored chewing gum and D.E. of cornsyrup, meanwhile content of cornsyrup, process condition and storage temperature had a little effect on texture change. Highly significant correlation was observed between logarithmic instrumental texture parameters of deformation, bending and puncture test and logarithmic moisture content. And also good correlations were observed between each sensory and instrumental texture parameters. The optimum texture values were estimated by regression analysis.

Integrating processes are frequently encountered in process industries. In this paper, new tuning formulae of the PID controllers for set-point tracking and load disturbance rejection are presented for integrating processes involving time delay. First, the controller parameter sets are tuned using a real-coded genetic algorithm (RCGA) such that performance criterion(IAE, ISE or ITSE) is minimized. Then, tuning rules are addressed using tuned PID parameter sets. tuning model and another RCGA. The performances of the proposed rules are tested on two processes.

In many vehicle models, sand-scratching sound occurred in the cabin heater-core under certain cold engine conditions & high engine RPM. An interesting fact is that it may or may not occur depending on the engine type within the same vehicle model, and the results were different depending on the vehicle model even with the same engine. In order to remove this noise, we derived and applied countermeasures for each vehicle model, and the result was that the overall noise was reduced. However, it was concluded that it was difficult to establish a fundamental countermeasure without analyzing the exact joint generation mechanism, which still occurred in some car models. In this study, a robust improvement plan was devised by indentifying the exact mechanism for the occurrence of abnormal flow noise, and it was attempted to explain this phenomenon and solutions.
웹기반 온라인 주의 연구 : 온라인 실험은 실험실 실험만큼 효과적일까?

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 실험 플랫폼을 활용한 실험에서도 오프라인 실험에서와 같이 정보처리 과정에서 나타나는 주의 편향과 억제 효과가 나타나는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 전 시행에서 제시된 목표 자극과 방해 자극의 어휘성이 탐사 시행에서 제시된 목표 자극의 처리에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 그 결과를 기존에 보고된 오프라인 실험 결과와 비교하였다. 연구결과 온라인 실험에서도 기존의 오프라인 실험의 결과와 마찬가지로 점화 시행에서 제시된 방해 자극이 단어일 때는 정적 점화 효과가 관찰되었고, 점화 시행에서 제시된 목표 자극이 단어이고 방해 자극이 비단어일 때는 부적 점화 효과가 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과는 방해자극이 현저하고 주의를 자동적으로 사로잡는 경우에는 억제되기 어렵고 오히려 이후에 나타났을 때 처리가 촉진되지만, 목표 자극이 방해 자극보다 훨씬 더 현저할 경우에는 방해 자극이 능동적으로 억제되어 이후에 나타났을 때 처리가 늦어진다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구는 온라인 실험에서도 오프라인 실험에서와 마찬가지로 주의 현상이 관찰될 수 있다는 것을 보여주며 온라인실험이 팬데믹 시대에 인지정보처리 과정을 살펴보는 효과적인 대안이 될 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the attention bias and suppression during cognitive processes can be seen in the experiment using the online experiment platform as well. To do so, the effect of the lexicality of the target stimulus and the lexicality of the distracter in the previous trial on the lexical decision of the target trial were examined, and the results were compared with the previously reported offline experiment results. The results of the online experiment were similar to the results of Lee, Go, Lee, Choi (2020). The negative priming effect was observed for non-word distracter priming while the facilitative priming effect was shown for word distracter prime. Such results suggest that the relative prominency of the presented stimulus has strong effect of attention. This study shows that delicate attention processes can be detected in online experiments as in offline experiments, and shows that online experiments can be an effective alternative to examine cognitive information processing in this pandemic era.

수삼으로부터 용매추출, 용매분획 및 silica gel column chromatography를 반복하여 ginsenoside Rg₁을 분리하였다. Ginsenoside Rg₁의 결정특성, 녹는점, 비선광도, IR 데이터, FAB/MS 데이터, TLC에서의 Rf 값, HPLC에서의 r.t. 및 NMR 데이터를 표준화한 조건으로 측정하여 문헌 값과 비교 고찰하였다. 특히 ginsenoside Rg₁의 ¹H- 및 <SUP>13</SUP>C-NMR 데이터를 HSQC 및 HMBC와 같은 2D-NMR 실험을 통하여 정확하게 동정하였다. The fresh ginseng roots were extracted in aqueous methanol (MeOH), and the obtained extracts were partitioned using ethyl acetate (EtOA), n-butanol (n-BuOH), and water, successively. The repeated silica gel column chromatography for n-BuOH fraction afforded a purified ginsenoside Rg₁ The physico-chemical, spectroscopic and chromatographic data of ginsenoside Rg₁ such as crystallization characteristics, melting point, specific rotation, infrared spectrometry (IR) data, fast atom bombardment/mass spectrometry (FAB/MS) data, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data, retention factor (Rf) in thin layer chromatography (TLC) experiment, and retention time (r.t.) in HPLC analysis, were measured and compared with those reported in literatures. Especially, the previous literatures reported different data for ginsenoside Rg₁ in the ¹H- and <SUP>13</SUP>C-NMR experiments. This paper gives the exactly assigned NMR data through 2D-NMR experiments, such as ¹H-¹H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), hetero nuclear single quantum correlation (HSQC), and hetero nuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC).
