평면 레이저 유도 형광법 ( PLIF ) 을 이용한 CH4 / O2 / N2 예혼합화염의 NO 농도 분포 가시화에 관한 연구

In this study, quantitative measurement of nitric oxide concentration distributions visualization were investigated in the laminar CH₄/O₂/N₂ premixed flame by Planar laser-induced fluorescence (PLIF). The NO A-X (0,0) vibrational band around 226nm was excited using a XeCl excimer-pumped dye laser. Selecting an appropriate NO transition minimizes interference from Rayleigh scattering and O₂ fluorescence. The measurements were taken in CH₄/O₂/N₂ premixed flame with equivalence ratios varying from 1.0∼1.6, and a fixed flow rate of 3slpm. NO was found to produce primarily between an inner premixed and an outer nonpremixed flame front, and total NO concentration is raised when equivalence ratios increase. These results suggest that prompt NO is likely to contribute to NO formation in CH₄/O₂/N₂ premixed flame. Furthermore, this trend was well matched with previous works.

韓國의 賃金水準 및 賃金構造에 관한 硏究 : 低賃金 解消를 中心으로

It is well known that Korea sustained a rapid economic expansion during the past decade. Also well known is that manpower resources played a major role in the success story of Korean economy. However, Korea's wage policy came to be confronted with two problems, One is low wage level far below living expenses and other is wide wage disparities between industries, between jobs and between seniorities. These problems must be reconsidered by the government as well as by the management. The government must put some emphasis on balanced enonomic growth for the genuine object of economic development, that is improvement of national welfare. At the same time, management should recognize not only expanse increase but also productivity increase by wage raise. Findings from my study suggest the following measures to the problems. (1) The wide disparity between wages can be reduced by differential rate of wage raise. Higher rate can bring low wage workers to necessary minimum expanse of living, while slower rate for high income workers achieve relatively smaller wage increase. (2) International competitive power can be achieved by productivity increase through higher wage level, which is main factor of labor's financial and mental stability. (3) Minimum wage system must be implemented. But it must be approached on selective basis. (4) Management labor relations must be transformed from the traditional conflicts to a new cooperative one. Indogenous and active functions of labor unions must be promoted to make for an environment of cooperation.
