AUTOSAR Communication Stack has three different communication stacks (CAN, LIN, FlexRay) for In-Vehicle Network. FlexRay communication stack is divided into three layers, which are Communication Service Layer, Communication Hardware Abstraction Layer and Communication Driver Layer. The modules of Communication Service Layer act as an interface between AUTOSAR SW-C and Communication Hardware Abstraction Layer. They provide flow control and network management mechanisms that make it possible for FlexRay protocol to configure a FlexRay cluster and support several functionalities for retransmission, fragmentation, error control and so on. Communication Hardware Abstraction Layer and Communication Driver Layer play a role in FlexRay media access and frame encoding/decoding. In this study, we explain FlexRay communication stack based on AUTOSAR v3.1 and propose SAS(Steering Angler Sensor) system comprising 4 Flexray nodes

This paper presents the effect of magnetic field on Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) with AMR sensor. The AMR sensor uses the magnetoresistive effect, so it may have some errors caused by non-standard magnetic field components. For example week magnetic field, non-symmetrical sensor for magnet arrangement, influence of external magnetic field, we have analyzed these error components for optimized design of SAS.

In this paper, we confirmed Hysteresis characteristic in absolute angle detect SAS(Steering Angle Sensor) with AMR (Anisotropic Magneto Resistance) type sensor and implemented back-lashless Optical Type SAS with symmetrical PWM code to improve Hysteresis. We expected good result at Hysteresis characteristic but faced problems such as roter’s gap with the steering shaft and delay time caused by angle calculation algorithm. If we solve these problems Optical type SAS will become a better Steering Angle Sensor.

Recently, The needs for convenience of a driver are increased. One of the requirements of the user experience is the development of hands-free trunk module. This module can be operated by user kick when a user carry things or hold umbrella in rainy weather. In this paper, we suggest a hands-free trunk module based on kick recognition algorithm. Also we suggest a testing method for it. The suggested system uses two electrostatic capacitance sensors. These days absolute steering angular sensor(SAS) is used in vehicles as a component of electric power steering, anti-collision system, ASS/ESP, auto light system, auto parking system and so on. A number of SASs are developed and used in companies and research institution. The sensors are mostly magnetic type because of non-contact type and prevention of pollution. Most magnetic type SAS have used AMR sensors and gears. But this method has the backlash problem. So we use a multi-magnet disc for elimination of backlash without gears. Hall IC is used to SAS for multi-magnet's magnetic flux is measured. As a result, characteristics of this method are resolution which is 0.014° and elimination of backlash problem.
