For automobile parts, steel of aluminum pipe is used. But this pipe always undergoes bending process. So, plastic deformation and shape deformation of circular section occur whenever pipe is bended. This causes residual stress and result in fatigue failure of pipe. It causes severe problem of vehicle movement. Actually many accidents occurred in field by this problems. But little researches have been studies about residual stress and circular deformation rate of pipe bending procedure. So this paper evaluates numerical values by X-ray diffractometer test. A number of studies have been conducted on the pipe bending procedure test. For the sensitivity analysis on effect of pipe residual stress, bending radius, diameter and thickness of pipe and modulus of material were discussed. And finally we forecast reformation of pipe bending procedure experimentally.
