The purpose of this study was to examine a structural relationship model among expertise, trust and instructing effectiveness of swimming Instructors. For accomplishing this purpose of the study, the 368 subjects were selected by the stratified cluster ramdom sampling method from the participants in swimming pools located in Seoul and Kyeong-gi, In-chun. The survey questionnaires were 1) the instructor expertise developed by Knowles(1980) & Conti(1990), adapted in Korean and standardization by Kim(1995), 2) the instructor trust developed by Clark, & Payne(1997), dapted in Korean and standardization by Cho(2003), 3) instruction effectiveness questionnaire developed by Duda & Nicholls(1989) and William & Hacker(1982) and standardized in Korean language by Sung(1998) and Lee(1992). The statistical methods utilized in this study for analyzing the collected data were reliability analysis, correlate analysis and covariance structure analysis using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. From the analysis of this study, the following conclusions were obtained. Firstly, expertise statistically and significantly influences trust in swimming Instructors. Secondly, expertise statistically and significantly influences instruction effectiveness in swimming Instructors. Thirdly, trust statistically and significantly influences instruction effectiveness in swimming Instructors. lastly, expertise, trust and instruction effectiveness are correlated.

연구목적 본 연구는 스트리트 댄서들의 상해 유형 및 발생 빈도를 분석하여 스트리트 댄스 활동에서 발생하는 상해의 위험 요인들을 이해하고, 이를 바탕으로 상해 방지 및 개선을 위한 기본적인 자료를 제공하는 이 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 본 연구의 대상자는 스트리트 댄서를 전공하는 전문 댄서팀 소속이거나 다양한 대회에 참가한 경험이 있는 대상자로 하였다. 자료 처리를 위해 IBM SPSS version 25.0(SPSS Inc., Chicago, Illinois, USA)를 사용하였다. 각 집단의 평균(M)과 표준편차(SD)를 산출하였으며, 문항별 기술통계 분석을 수행하였다. 결과 대상자 중 61.2%가 상해를 경험했으며, 무릎, 발목, 골반이 주요 부상 부위로 나타났다. 상해의 주요 원인은 과도한 훈련, 신체 충돌, 준비운동 부족, 피로와 과로였으며, 대부분의 상해는 연습 및 경기 중 발생하였다. 치료 방법으로는 양방 병원 치료, 휴식, 파스/스프레이 사용, 냉찜질, 테이핑 등이 있었으나, 많은 댄서들이 불완전한 치료 상태에서 활동을 지속하였다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 스트리트 댄스 교육 및 훈련 프로그램의 개선, 상해 예방을 위한 충분한 교육 및 회복 시간 제공, 상해 예방을 위한 구체적인 지원 체계 구축이 필요성이 요구된다. PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to analyze the types and frequency of injuries among street dancers, to understand the risk factors associated with injuries in street dance activities, and to provide basic data for injury prevention and improvement. METHOD The subjects of this study were professional dancers majoring in street dance, affiliated with professional dance teams, or with experience participating in various competitions. RESULT 61.2% of the participants had experienced injuries, with the knee, ankle, and pelvis being the primary sites of injury. The main causes of injuries were identified as excessive training, physical collision, lack of warm-up exercises, and fatigue or overexertion, with most injuries occurring during practice and competitions. Treatment methods included conventional hospital treatment, rest, use of patches/sprays, cold compresses, and taping; however, many dancers continued their activities in a state of incomplete recovery. CONCLUSION There is a need to improve street dance education and training programs, provide sufficient education and recovery time for injury prevention, and establish a specific support system for preventing injuries.
모듈러 건축물의 내력벽 2시간 내화성능에 관한 실험적 연구

To higher the buildings, fire resistance performance is needed following the purposes and dimensions of the buildings. Especially, two hours fire resistance performance should be satisfied for the buildings above the 4th floor and under the 12th floor. In the case of load bearing walls with steel stud, two hours fire resistance performance have never been recognized in Korea. This study was conducted to investigate two hours fire resistance performance of load bearing walls with steel stud in structural elements of modular buildings. Test specimens in this study were redesigned in the basis of typical load bearing walls used in Europe and North America. The load bearing walls ensuring two hours fire resistance performance were suggested from the test results of this study. The load bearing walls with fireproof board of 45mm thickness secured two hours fire resistance performance in this study.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effects of exercise on inflammatory response under stress conditions. In order to achieve a objective of this study, 3 groups were divided into and COX-2, iNOS, and NF-kB expression levels were measured. Restraint stress was carried out with 8h/1day, 5days and exercise was treadmill-run with 26m/min, 1h/day, 7days. The COX-2, iNOS, and NF-kB expression levels in stressed mice were highly induced compared with control groups, whereas each protein level in combination of stress and exercise was restored as much levels as that of control group. This our finding suggest that exercise may alter the expression of inflammatory-related proteins (COX-2, iNOS, NF-kB) under a stressful conditions, and provide a positive impacts pro-inflammation under the stress condition.
