의료산업 서비스 품질 및 가치와 고객행동간 관련성 실증연구

과거에는 품질의 좋고 나쁨의 기준이 정해진 특정 규정(기준)의 충족 여부였지만 최근엔 소비자(고객)의 만족 여부가 해당 제품의 질을 평가하는 기준이 되고 있다. 이는 서비스업의 경우에도 마찬가지이다. 본 연구에서는 의료산업에서의 서비스 품질과 서비스 가치가 고객행동과 어떤 관련성이 있는지와 서비스 관계품질이 서비스품질 및 가치와 고객행동에 어떤 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 실증 연구한 것이다. 컴퓨터 SPSS 패키지에 의해 조사 분석한 결과 의료산업 서비스품질 및 서비스가치는 고객행동과 양의 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 서비스관계품질이 서비스품질 및 가치와 고객행동 간에 매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. It is the recent trend that the valuation criteria on product quality depends on the customer satisfaction instead of conformance to specifications. It also applies to the service quality. This study deals with an empirical study on the relationship between service quality and value and customer behaviour in the medical service industry. This study also investigates the effect of service-related quality on the service quality/value and customer behaviour. A statistical research reveals that 1)the service quality and value each has a positive relationship with customer behaviour, 2)the service-related quality strongly influence the service quality/value and customer behaviour.

본 논문에서는 비선헝 왜곡법을 사용하여 악기음을 합성하였다. 비선형 왜곡법은 기본적으로 하나의 정현파 발생기와 이에 의해 발생된 정현파에 인위적인 왜곡을 일으키는 증폭기로 구성된다. 출력파는 비선형 증폭기의 전달함수, 즉 파형 형성 항수를 변화시킴으로써 제어되는 배음을 갖는다. 파형 형성 함수는 녹음된 악기음을 분석하여 얻어진 각 부분음 크기를 바탕으로 체비세프 다항식을 이용하여 얻어진다. 합성 시스템은 IBM-PC에서 수행되는 프로그램이며, 합성 결과는 파형과 스펙트럼 분석기에 의한 스펙트럼으로 보였다. 또한 합성 결과의 검증을 위해 전문가를 대상으로 시청 테스트를 수행하여, 합성음의 만족도를 평가하였다. In this paper, musical tone, especially instrument tones are synthesized using nonlinear distortion technique. Nonlinear distortion is very simple but versatile method when you synthesize musical instrument tones. It basically consists of one sine oscillator and amplifier which makes distortion to Input wave. Output wave has many harmonics that can be controlled by varying shaping function, which is the transfer function of nonlinear amplifier. Shaping function Is obtained from the analyzed harmonic amplitude data. Given harmonics amplitudes, Chebyshev polynomial is used to produce the shaping function that exactly makes the given harmonics at steady state. We contructed non -real time nonlinear distortion synthesizer program running at IBM-PC. To quantify the satis faction of synthesised tones, listening test is carried out, and the result is presented.

Oxygen supplementation via high-flow nasal cannula is an effective treatment for pneumocephalus

Background: Oxygen supplementation through a high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) is a powerful technique that promotes the absorption of air by delivering high concentrations of oxygen to patients who are not intubated, and may be a viable treatment option for pneumocephalus. Case Report: A 75-year-old female presented in a stuporous state. She had received an epidural injection due to back pain 2 hours ago. Non-contrast brain computed tomography revealed a pneumocephalus at the interhemispheric fissure and the prepontine cistern. HFNC oxygen therapy at 60 L/min with a fraction of inspired oxygen of 1 was started. By the next morning, her mental status had recovered and a repeat brain computed tomography 15 hours later revealed complete absorption of the pneumocephalus. Conclusion: Supplemental high oxygen via HFNC can be successfully used in patients with pneumocephalus who are not intubated and mechanically ventilated.

연주공간의 음장 파라미터를 효과적으로 추출하기 위하여 음원에서 발생한 음선들을 청취자위치에 도달하기까지 추적한 후 이를 영상음원으로 변환하여 연주공간의 방향성 충격응답을 구하는 방식인 혼성 음성추적법을 적용한 음장시뮬레이터를 구현하였다. 제안된 방법을 통해 측정등에 의한 방법보다 적은 시간과 경비로 방향성 충격응답을 정확히 구할 수 있다. 구현된 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 콘서트홀이나 교회등의 연주공간에서의 방향성충격응답을 구하여 초기반사음들의 크기와 방향을 추출할 수 있음을 보였다. A sound field simulator is constructed to obtain the sound field paramaters such as the magnitudes and directions of early reflections with moderate efforts. The proposed simulator is based on the hybrid ray tracing method that traces rays reached the listener position and convert them to image sound sources. By this approach, we can obtain the directional impulse response relatively easily with minimum casts. Simulation experiment results of several performace places are reported to how the versatility of the proposed simulator system.

본 연구는 사회공헌에 대한 기존 연구자료를 통해사회공헌의 중요성과 그동안의 진전과정을 살펴보고 강원원주혁신 도시내에 입주해 있는 공공기관들의 사회공헌 활동 현황을 분석하였다. 총 14개의 공공기관 중에서 9개 기관의 사회공헌 활동에 대해 상세히 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 하여 공공기관의 사회공헌 활동의 올바른 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 최근의 경향은 단순 기부나 후원 형태의 사회공헌보다는 공익활동을 통해 지역사회와 상생 협력하는 방향으로 발전되어가고 있다. 둘째, 일회성 단발성 사회공헌보다는 지역사회와 파트너쉽을 가지고 체계적으로 접근하여야 시너지 효과가 극대화한다는 점이다. 셋째, 일방적 사회공헌보다는 지역시민사회와 협력하여 사회적 경제를 창출함으로써 중장기적으로 지역경제 활성화에 기여하여야 한다는 것이다. This study examined the importance of social contribution through the existing research data on social contribution and the progress of social contribution activities of public institutions in Wonju Innovation City. The social contribution activities of nine organizations out of 14 public institutions were analyzed in detail and suggested the right direction of social contribution activities of public institutions based on this analysis. First, recent trends are being developed to cooperate with local communities through public interest activities rather than simple donations or sponsored forms of social contribution. Second, the synergy effect was maximized by systematically approaching local communities rather than a one-time, one-off social contribution. Third, it should contribute to the revitalization of the local economy in the mid- and long-term by creating a social economy in cooperation with local civil society rather than a one-sided social contribution.
