        李知白의 『金華遺稿』에 대하여

        1. This paper is studied about publisher, the process of publication, the date of publication and real publisher on a collection of Keumhwa's works. Keumhwayugo written by Keumhwa, Lee Ji-baek who was a poet in Josun dynasty age. As a result of study, it was found that this collection of Keumhwa's works, was published 1711 by Lee Taek who was a relative of Lee Ji-baek, the author. Lee Taek published Keumhwayugo after published Seoamyugo which was written by Lee Jin-baek, his father. 2. One of this collection of Keumhwa's works is preserved in The National Library of Korea and another is preserved by prof. Nakeun, Kang Jun-seop. It has been found that they are the same. But this collection of Keumhwa's works and the author have not been considered in the academic circle. This is the first paper which is dealt with academic point of view on this collection of Keumhwa's works. Therefore Lee Ji-baek and Keumhwayugo are introduced through this paper in the academic circle. 3. Lee Ji-baek was a excellent poet who had a lot of literary ability. There are several anecdote and works which shows his talent in Hogokmanpil which is important critique in Josun dynasty age. I will especially study on the poetry of Lee Ji-baek in after paper.

      • 실험적 척수손상에서 Lipid Hydroperoxides 생성과 항산화효소의 활성도 변화에 대한 연구

        Lipid peroxidation has attracted increasing recently because it promises to unify many potential causes of secondary tissue damage into a single mechanism. An acute ballon compression for 3 minutes in the rabbit spinal cord was made to induce spinal cord injury. The production of lipid hydroperoxides and changes of antioxidants enzyme activities were evaluated. In addition, these values were compaired with the pathologic findings of the injured spinal cord. Lipid hydroperoxides were increased in 5-minute observation group. The activity of total superoxide dismutase in 5, 10, 1-minute observation groups was increased significantly (fourfold, p<0.005). And the manganese-superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) activity in 5, 10-minute was increased (p<0.025) but decreased in 30-minute group (p<0.025). The activity of catalase was somewhat variable and elevated in all observation groups except 2 weeks one. Microscopic examination of the compressed spinal cords showed normal finding (52%), focal hemorrhage (27%) and diffuse hemorrhage (21%) around the central canal of the spinal cord. Central hemorrage had no effect on the lipid peroxidation and activity of SOD but the activity of catalase was increased in diffuse hemorrage group (p<0.05). Lipid peroxidation is therefore an early step and antioxidants (superoxide dismutase, catalase) also induce quickly in a complicated cascade of biochemical events associated with the balloon compressed spinal cord injury.

      • 미만성 두부 손상 환자에서 체성감각 유발전위의 예후인자로서의 의의

        미만성 두부 손상환자에 대한 예후 예측 인자로 이용하고자 정중 신경 및 후 경골 신경체성감각 유발전위를 40명의 미만성 두부 손상의 진단을 받은 환자에서 실시한 후, 임상소견, 두부전산화 단층촬영 소견과의 관계를 살펴보고 기능 회복과 가능성을 관련시켜 미만성 두부 손상 환자에서 SEPs의 임상적 의의를 고찰하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1)SEPs는 GCS와 유의한 상관관계를 가진다. 2)SEPs는 Brain CT 소견과 상관관계를 가지며 특히 Brain CT소견에서 category Ⅰ,Ⅱ는 SEPs상 모두 Normal로 check되었다. 3)SEPs는 검사상 정상 소견을 나타낸 환자는 예후가 좋은 것으로 생각되어진다. 4)SEPs 검사는 정중신경이나 후 경골 신경중 한쪽만 선택하여 검사하여도 예후측정 인자로서 의미를 가진다. Somatosensory evoked potentials(SEPs) were examined in 40 patients in diffuse brain injury by median and post. tibial nerve. An analysis of clinical signs, SEPs, brain CT findings and Glasgow Outcome Scales were undertaken retrospectively. It was the aim of this study to predict the prognostic value of SEPs in diffuse brain injured patients. The SEPs ftndings that concerned are PINI latency and amplitude were divided in 3 categories an no response(I), abnonnal response(ll), nomal reponse(Ⅲ). The results were as follows 1) SEPs have significant relation to GCS 2) SEPs also have significant relation to brain CT finding, especially in category I,Ⅱ which were normal response. 3) We concluded that head injury patients with normal SEPs are have favorable outcome. 4) The SEPs, whether median nerve or posterior tibial nerve, have value as a prognostic factor. SEPs may help to predict the outcome in acute stage and during the course of diffuse brain injured patients rather than brain CT on admission and GTS.
