환국의 홍익인간 경영사상과 천부경의 새로운 이해

홍익인간의 경영사상은 환국에서 신시, 조선을 거쳐 현금 대한민국에 이르기까지 1만년 내려오는 유구한 건국사상이자 경영사상이다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 환국의 홍익인간경영사상을 신본주의와 인본주의의 합1사상으로 새로이 이해하고 『환국신시조선경』(『고기』), 『포념표경』, 『천부경』(『81자경』), 『31신고』(『366자경』), 『신사기』 등등 여러 고대경전의 현대경영학적 분석을 통해 환국의 홍익인간경영사상의 이상국가를 구축하고 현재와 미래의 이상한국에서 실천하고자 하는 것이다. 특히 이 연구에서 『환국신시조선경』에서 나오는 창조를 새로이 연구하였다. 홍익인간경영사상은 인간세계를 이익되게 한다는 뜻만이 아니고, 그것을 넘어, 인간과 우주만물의 구극적인 완전한 이상세계인 이화세계의 진리세계를 구현하여 홍익인간한다는 뜻이다. 이 연구에서는 『천부경』이 환국의 홍익인간경영사상임을 다시 한번 확인하면서 새로운 내용을 연구하여 인도 브라만교, 부처 중도사상, 맑스헤겔의 유물변증법의 시원사상임을 새로이 밝혔다. 결론적으로 나의 이상국가는 생업연금자본주의다. The Managerial Thought of HongIkInGan in HwanKuk is the one of the founding thought of HwanKuk and the Managerial Thought continued through Shinshi and JoSeon to the Republic of Korea. The purpose of this study is to interpret the Managerial Thought of HongIkInGan in HwanKuk as united thought of the God-oriented and Humanism newly, and to analyze the thought of 『HwanGukShinSiJoSeonKyeong』(『GoGi』), 『PyoNyemPyoKyong』, 『 CheonBuKyeong』(the Eighty-one Letters Kyeong), 『31ShinGo』(the Three Hundred Sixty-six Letters Kyeong), 『ShinSaGi』 etc, and to build Ideal State of HongIkInGan Thought in HwanKuk, and to practice it in Ideal Korea. Especially I study the Creation of 『HwanGukShinSiJoSeonKyeong』(『GoGi』) newly. The Managerial Thought of HongIkInGan aims to give many profits to all Human being, and to realize the perfect World of Truth. Conclusively, my Ideal State is the State of the Occupation and Pension Capitalism.

『三國遺事』, 「古朝鮮」의 『古記』와 『帝王韻紀』, 「前朝鮮紀」의 『本紀』가 舊 『三國史』, 「檀君本紀」라는 辨證

Up to the present, the History Book that YilYun and Lee, SungHwu quoted 『GoGi』in 『SamGukYuSa』, 「Ancient ChoSun」and 『BonGi』in 『JeWangUnGi』, 「Former ChoSun」 from was not proved. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to verify that 『GoGi』in 『SamGukYuSa』, 「Ancient ChoSun」 and 『BonGi』in JeWangUnGi , 「Former ChoSun」 was quoted from previous SamGukSa , 「DanGunBonGi」 all together. I conclude that the purpose of this paper is verified. The significance of this conclusion is very important, because the previous SamGukSa , 「DanGunBonGi」 that IlYun and Lee, SungHwu quoted 『GoGi』 and 『BonGi』 from is specified clearly.

국강상광개토경평안호태왕비의 신묘년 기록 변증과 천신교경영사상

국강상광개토경평안호태왕비의 초미의 연구대상인 신묘년 기록을 변증하고 국강상광개토경평안호태왕의 罡이 북두7성이고 따라서 이 분이 북두7성태왕이 라는 것을 밝혔다. 신묘년 기록을 변증하기 위해 간지 앞에는 단어 문장이 못 들어옴, 而, 以, 우斤방(만든말)을 연구하였고 미마나, 임나가 용두국으로서 대마도임을 밝혔다. 그리고 고려(전)의 천신교경영사상을 연구하여 현대경영에의 시사점을 제시하였다. KoRea(ex) has the amazing Memorial Stone of KukGangSangGwangGaeToGyongPyeongAnHoTaeWang the Great(414), and I have studied it long time. The purpose of this study is to verify the ShinMyoNean Record registered in the Memorial Stone, and develop the Managerial Thoughts of ChenShin Religion in KoRea(ex). In my conclusion, (1) 'Gang(罡)' in the name of KukGangSangGwangGaeToGyongPyeongAnHoTaeWang the Great means the Big Dipper: the Great Bear, (2) no letters come before the zodiac sign of an year, (3) 'Yi(以)' is a conjunctive ending as postposition, and (4) the so-called 'Geon(斤)' letter is fake. I verified and interpreted the ShinMyoNean Record newly. This novel interpretation is the most perfect one, historicly, historically, grammatically and logically. And I found that 'MiMaNa' as 'YimNa': DaeMaDo means the nation of Dragon's Head. Furthermore, the Managerial Thoughts of ChenShin Religion in KoRea(ex) is very effective in modern management.

신라 세 여왕의 삶과 경영

우리 역사 최초의 여왕은 신라에 있었고 더욱이 신라에서만 3명의 여왕이 있었다. 그러므로 신라에서 등극한 선덕여왕, 진덕여왕, 진성여왕의 세 여왕의 삶과 경영에 대해서 많은 연구가 필요하며 특히 현대 여성경영학에서도 많은 역사적 사례연구가 필요하다. 선덕여왕은 지기3사라는 비범한 통찰력을 보여주었고, 모성적 경영을 잘 하였으며, 화랑도조직을 통한 인재등용에 성공하였고, 조세감면의 정책을 잘 집행하였으며, 신라경영전략의 두 축인 자주성과 국제화전략을 잘 수행하였는데 특히 국제화전략의 일환으로 중국 불교와 유교를 적극적으로 현창하였다. 진덕여왕은 역시 자주성과 국제화전략을 잘 수행하였는데, 중국 유교의 도입을 제도화하여 대당외교에 성공하였고, 집사부를 조직하여 국정개혁을 시스템화하는 데에 성공하였다. 진성여왕은 역시 신라 하대의 개혁을 이끌어 내고자하였으나 대각간 김위홍의 이른 죽음이 결과적으로 가져온 인사파탄, 섣부른 조세감면이 가져온 재정파탄을 해결하기에는 어려웠고, 특히 세습 골품 신분제에 따른 무능한 관료를 개혁하지는 못하였지만, 그러나 개혁안을 가납하고, 기층민을 구휼하는 모성적 경영, 효도의 현창과 왕위를 조카에게 양위하는 비범한 경영을 보여주었다. 선덕, 진덕여왕의 3국통일에의 공로는 높으나 그렇게 높은 평가를 받지 못하고 있는 것 같으며, 진성여왕은 결과적으로 성공하지 못하여 더욱 평가를 받지 못하고 있는 것 같다. 이는 앞으로 여성경영학에서 계속해서 더 깊은 연구가 필요한 과제를 제시하고 있다. In our history, the Silla Dynasty was the only Dynasty that had three Queens: Queen SeunDeuk, Queen JinDeuk, and Queen JinSeung. The purpose of this paper is to study, in the light of modern business administration, the lives and management of the three Queens. Queen SeunDeuk was the first Queen of the Silla Kingdom. She had an excellent ability to read the future, and therefore overcame many difficulties very well. She opened the offices to the talented through Wharangdo organization, constructed many Buddhist temples and a nine-storied pagoda of Whangroyngsa temple, and introduced Chinese Confucianism in the Silla Dynasty in order to carry out the internationalization strategies. The second queen, Queen JinDeuk instituted a Confucian official group, especially systematizing government innovation through organizing the ministry of Jibsabu. These very successful systematizations contributed to the unification of three kingdoms of the Silla Dynasty. The third queen, Queen JinSeung, in fact, was considered as a failure in view of personnel management and national finance. In this regard, she was sometimes blamed for these failures. However, these failures resulted from the structural contradictions of the Silla society. Therefore, Queen JinSeung should be held unaccountable. Based on the results of the study, this paper provides many implications about management by these women.

환국(桓囯)의 국(囯)이 거란소자에도 나오는 국(囯)이며 그 뜻은 국(囯)으로서 환국(桓囯)은 환국(桓囯)이라는 변증

환국은 1만년전의 우리와 인류의 첫고대국가이다. 이는 3국유사에 분명하게 기록되어 있다. 그런데 다만 판본에 따라 桓囯(환국)과 桓囯으로 기록되어 있어서 명백하게 인식이 안 되어 온 것 같은데 특히 桓囯을 桓因으로 보는 등의 문제가 발생하여 설왕설래만 할 뿐 정확하게 연구가 되어 오지 않은 느낌이 있다. 이는 또 지금까지 桓囯이 기록된 조선초의 ｢송석하본필사본(일명 석남본)｣이 필사본이어서 桓囯으로 확정하여 연구하기도 사실상 어려웠다. 그러나 이제 목판인쇄본인 조선초의 ｢손보기본(일명 파른본)｣이 영인되고 공개되어 桓囯이 확실하므로 桓囯 연구에 새로운 전기가 마련되고 박차를 가할 수가 있게 되었다. 논자는 무엇보다 囯(국) 자체가 囯이라는 결론을 가지고 지난 30년간 연구를 수행하여 왔다. 물론 중국한자와 불경에서 囯(인)이 因의 이체자로 나온다는 것을 충분히 인정하지만, 그러나 󰡔3국유사󰡕 판본 자체에서도 囯(국)이 囯으로 충분히 논증이 되기 때문이었다(논자의 1차 논증). 그러므로 여러 저서를 참고하며 꾸준히 계속 연구한 결과 거란소자에서 囯(국)을 발견하고 이 囯 (국) 자체가 囯이라는 것을 논증하였다(논자의 2차 논증). 따라서 논자는 桓囯이 환국(桓囯), 환국(桓國)임을 변증하였다. 이로써 萬古의 의문이 풀렸다. 앞으로 환국을 계승한 대한민국은 환국사, 桓韓史와 桓韓史觀으로써 국사와 인류사에 크게 기여하기를 바라는 바이다. At present, the meaning of Kuk(𡆮) of HwanKuk( 桓 𡆮) is very confused. Generally Kuk(𡆮) means Yin( 因 ) so far. Of course, I agree this, but I prove Kuk(𡆮) appearing in Khitan small scripts also to be Kuk( 囯 ) for the first time. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to verify that HwanKuk( 桓 𡆮) is HwanKuk( 桓囯 ), and to prove that Kuk(𡆮) appearing in Khitan small scripts also is Kuk( 囯 ) for the first time. My conclusions are as follows: First, Kuk(𡆮) proved to be Kuk( 囯 ) when compared to different editions of SamKukYuSa Second, Kuk(𡆮) appeared in Khitan small scripts also proved to be Kuk( 囯 ). Third, I verified that HwanKuk( 桓 𡆮) and HwanKuk( 桓囯 ) are the same meaning. HwanKuk( 桓 𡆮, 桓囯 ) is our first ancient state about 10,000 years ago. Therefore, there is a need to delve deeper into the history of HwanKuk. 국강상광개토경평안호태왕의 천신교경영사상과 호우의 대원1도, 열10자도, 9한도의 천신교경영사상 연구

The State religion of KoRea(ex) is ChenShin(the God of heaven) religion. The Managerial Thoughts of this ChenShin religion, State religion of KoRea(ex), is written in 『The Memorial Stone of KukGangSangGwangGaeToGyongPyeongAnHoTaeWang the Great』. The purpose of this study is to study the ChenShin Religion Managerial Thoughts of two Saint Emperors of KoRea(ex), ChuMo the Great and KukGangSangGwangGaeToGyongPyeongAnHoTaeWang the Great. And more, I find the seven Saint Emperors as the Incarnation of Big Dipper(the Great Bear). And My Conclusions are follows: First, two Saint Emperors' the Managerial Thoughts are very effective and efficient in modern management. Second, the Coat of Arms of HoWoo Bowl of KoRea(ex) is very meaningful cosmologically. Third, The Good Managerial Thoughts can build the Good State only. I appreciate two Saint Emperors who provide the theory and practice. 고려(전)는 천제자 동명성제 추모왕께서 -37년에 건국하여 -668년에 종언을 하여 역년 705년의 거대한 제국을 형성하였고, 또 고려(후)(918~1392 역년 475년)는 고려(후) 태조 왕건께서 고려(전)을 계승 건국하여, 그 결과 고려(전후)는 도합 역년 1,180년의 장구한 역사와 문화를 발전시키게 되었는데, 이는 세계에서도 희귀하고 소중한 문명국가이다. 고려(전)는 건국초부터 종언시까지 국호가 고려 2글자로서 동이국의 2글자 국호의 전통을 분명히 지켰고, 항간에서 말하는 3글자 국호는 역사문화전통적으로 전혀 근거가 없고, 발음도 고려로 발음하는 것 외에는 어떠한 발음도 근거가 없다. 그러므로 705년 제국을 형성한 고려(전)의 경영사상이 무엇보다 주요하므로 이 연구에서는 고려의 국교인 천신교의 경영사상을 고려천신교경영사상으로 연구하기로 한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 먼저 고려 천제자 동명성제 추모왕의 천신교국가경영사상을 살피고 고려황제가 북두7성의 화신임을 천명하였으므로, 7聖帝의 天帝를 찾아서 비정하기로 한다. 그리고 다시 본격과제인 『국강상광개토경평안호태왕비』에 기록된 10대 천신교경영사상을 살피고, 또 그리고 신라로 전수한 『국강상광개토경평안호태왕호우』에 구현된 大圓1, 열10字, 9韓의 3대 천신교경영사상을 살펴보기로 한다. 특히 지금까지 초미의 관심사로 늘 등장은 하였으나, 그러나 전혀 해석하지 못해온 호우 상단의 <#, ⌗>문양을 9韓圖의 측면에서 해석한다. 그리고 천신교경영사상은 환국, 신시, 조선, 고려, 신라, 백제를 거쳐 현재 대한민국까지 면면히 계승되고 있으므로, 그 핵심사상인 홍익인간경영사상을 강조한다.

천제자 동명성제 추모왕의 강세와 승천

고려(전)은 추모왕이 건국한 천신교국가이며 천제나, 천제자가 강세하여 태왕이 되어 홍익인간하고 다시 하늘로 승천하는 교리를 가지고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 추모왕의 고려가 원뜻과 음이 <하늘>로서 이 국명이 건국시부터 종언할 때까지 사용되었고 추모왕이 천제자로서 강세와 승천을 한 신인이라는 것을 『국강상광개토경평안호태왕비』(414)의 기록으로 논증하고 동시에 동명성제인 성인임을 고찰하여 천신교의 핵심교리를 확인하고 이를 통해 천신교경영학의 미래향방을 연구하는 것이다. 고려(전)의 추모왕의 <강세>와 <승천>은 『국강상광개토경평안호태왕비』의 금석문에 분명하게 기록되어 있으며, 환국이래 한국에 이르기까지 1만년 국사를 관통하는 핵심 천신교 교리이며 사상이다. 이 연구에서는 강세와 승천을 중심으로 천신교경영을 연구하였다. 그리고 환국이래 고대국호를 연구하였는데 특히 고려(전, 후)의 뜻과 음이 하늘임을 밝혔고, 나아가 흉노도 하늘의 뜻과 음임을 밝혔다. 그리고 마한이 일본으로 건너가 야마토국을 건국하였는데 마한의 뜻과 음이 일본에서 야마토로 남아있음을 밝혔다. 그리고 왜도 원 뜻과 음은 해, 하늘임을 밝혔다. ChuMo the Great found Korea(ex) having Formal Creeds of the Virgin Birth, the Advent, the Ascension etc. The purpose of this study is to prove that the original meaning and pronunciation of Korea(ex) is the Heaven(Sky); HaNul (HanUl), and ChuMo the Great means the son of the Heaven (Sky); HaNul (HanUl). These facts are registered in 『The Memorial stone of KukGangSangGwangGaeToGyongPyeongAnHoTaeWang』(414). Simultaneously, I studied the Saint Emperor DongMyongSengJe, and core Religious Dogmas of ChenShinGyo religion, and moreover presented the future of the direction for the Managemant of ChenShinGyo religion. And I studied the ancient and present name of the countries from HwanKuk to Korea, and I proved, especially, that MaHan was YaMaTo, and the meaning of Wae is Hae (sun), HaNul (heaven).

The Historical Views on GoChoSun’s history and DanGun’s history have been changed since long time ago. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the Changing Processes of the historical views on GoChoSun’s history and DanGun’s history in the religion of the Heavenly gods, Buddhism, GoReo Confucianism and ChoSun Confucianism. I conclude that GoChoSun’s history and DanGun’s history were not changed, instead, the Historical views on GoChoSun’s history and DanGun’s history have been changed. Therefore, the GoChoSun’s history and DanGun’s history have the truth about human beings and show the future of mankind.

화랑도조직의 (花郞徒組織) 이론과 실천

The purpose of this study is to analyze the theories and practices of HwaRangDo organization in order to study its history of organization in the light of the modern organization theory. Above all, because the study on the origin of HwaRangDo organization is very important, this subject is proved. As well, the important organization creeds are proved. And not only important nine theories like father-emperor thought, democratic leadership etc. but also important practices like Blitzkrieg, the vanguard unit etc. in the unification of three kingdoms are proved. The high effectiveness of HwaRangDo organization is principally caused by the rational management of ShinLa`s organizational theorists and practitioners, and so Balguen organization thought must be succeeded to in contemporary.
