Objetives : This study was done to evaluate the antiallegic effect of medicinal acupuncture solution of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr. et Maxim;abbreviated as ASMA), studies were done experimentally. Methods : For this aim MTT assay, anaphylaxis reaction, DTH, histamine release, IgE production and vascular permability was evaluated. Results : ASMA didn't show an effective cytotoxicity on the mouse lung fibroblast. It insignifcantly suppressed histamine release from mast cells induced by compound 48/80, while it significantly reduced IgE production and SRBC-challenged DTH(Delayed type hypersensitivity). ASMA effectively suppressed anaphylactic reaction induced by compound 48/80. However, it didn't inhibit vascular permeability and contact dermatitis significantly. Conclusion:Medicinal acupucture solution had antialletgic effects. Acanthopanax senticosus medical acupuncture depress the allergy reaction. Especially in anaphylactic type, the effect was good.

A deep water wave prediction model applicable to the East Sea is presented. This model incorporates radiative transfer of energy spectrum, atmospheric input from the wind, nonlinear interaction, and energy dissipation by white capping. The propagation scheme by Gadd shows satisfactory results and the characteristics of the nonlinear interaction is simulated well by discrete interaction approximation. The application of the model to the sea around the Korean Peninsula shows reasonable agreement with the observation.

The spectral energy balance model is composed and the nonlinear interaction is approximated by the discrete interaction parameterization as in WAM model. The numerical results of durational limited growth test agree very well with those of the exact model, EXACT-NL. The response of a wave spectrum to a change in wind direction is investigated numerically for a sequence of direction changes 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°. The high frequency components relax more rapidly to the new wind direction than the low frequency components and the relaxation process also depends on the wave age. For wind direction changes less than 60°, the coupling by nonlinear interaction is so strong that the secondary peak in input source distribution is counteracted by the negative lobe of the nonlinear interaction. For wind direction changes grater than 60°, a second independent wind-sea spectrum is generated in the new wind direction, while the old spectrum gradually decays as swell.

CT 영상의 다양한 재구성알고리즘이 개발되면서 CT 검사 시 화질 저하 없이 저선량 검사가 가능하게 되었지만, 그에 대한 영상의 정량적 평가로써 영상잡음 (Noise), 신호 대 잡음비(SNR), 대조도 대 잡음 비(CNR)만 주로 이용되고, 공간 분해능 및 전반적인 영상의 질은 아직까지 정성평가에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본연구는 흉부와 복부 CT에서 공간 분해능 평가를 정량적으로 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하여 선량 저감화 가능 조건을 제시하려고 하였다. 대상 및 방법으로는 3D 프린팅 기법을 이용하여 자체 제작된 팬텀을 본원의 흉부와 복부 촬영 조건으로 스캔하고, 저선량 조건으로 스캔하여 Peak, Bottom, FWHM, DFWHM 그리고 Peak-Bottom의 지표를 비교 분석하였다. 결과적으로 흉부와 복부 모든 조건에서 공간분해능 평가의 모든 지표는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 특히 FWHM과 DFWHM 평가에서 팬텀의 연박과 같은 거리를 나타냈다. 즉, 흉부는 30mAs까지 그리고 복부는 50 mAs까지 저감화했을 때도 공간 분해능 측면에서 큰 차이가 없었기 때문에 검사 조건 설정 시 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 지표들은 저선량 CT 검사 프로토콜 적용 시 공간분해능 측면을 객관적으로 나타낼 수 있는 지표로써의 가능성을 확인하였다. With the development of various reconstruction algorithms for CT imaging, it has become possible to perform low-dose CT examinations without compromising image quality. However, quantitative evaluation such as image noise, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and contrast-tonoise ratio (CNR) have been mainly used yet, while the spatial resolution and overall image quality rely on subjective assessment. Therefore, this study aimed to propose a quantitative method for evaluating spatial resolution in chest and abdominal CT scans, in order to facilitate dose reduction. For this study, a phantom was fabricated using 3D printing and scanned under chest and abdominal imaging conditions, with additional scans performed under low-dose conditions. The peak, bottom, FWHM, DFWHM, and peak-bottom were compared and analyzed. The results showed no statistically significant differences in spatial resolution parameters between all chest and abdominal protocol, with FWHM and DFWHM indicating the same distance. Even if the dose is reduced to 30 mAs in the chest CT condition and to 50 mAs in the abdominal CT condition, there will not be a big problem in terms of spatial resolution. Lastly, the indices from this study demonstrate potential as objective measures of spatial resolution when applying low-dose CT protocols.
완전비선형 Boussinesq 모형의 천수 및 쇄파 특성

The accuracy of predicting wave transformation in the nearshore is very important to wave hydrodynamics, sediment transport, and design of coastal structures. Numerical experiments are conducted to identify the shoaling and breaking characteristics of a fully nonlinear Boussinesq equation-based model. Simulated shoaling showed good agreement with the Shouto's formula, and the results of the breaking experiment agreed well with experimented data, over several beach profile.

Two iterative solvers are applied to solve the modified mild slope equation. The elliptic formulation of the governing equation is selected for numerical treatment because it is partly suited for complex wave fields,like those encountered inside harbors. The requirement that the computational model should be capable of dealing with a large problem domain is addressed by implementing and testing two iterative solvers, which are based on the Stabilized Bi-Conjugate Gradient Method (BiCGSTAB) and Generalized Conjugate Gradient Method (GCGM). The characteristics of the solvers are compared, using the results for Berkhoff's shoal test, used widely as a benchmark in coastal modeling. It is shown that the GCGM algorithm has a better convergence rate than BiCGSTAB, and preconditioning of these algorithms gives more than half a reduction of computational cost.

An efficient numerical model of the modified mild slope equation, based on the robust iterative method is presented. The model developed is verified against other numerical experimental results, related to wave reflection from an arc-shaped bar and wave transformation over a circular shoal. The results show that the modified mild slope equation model is capable of producing accurate results for wave propagation in a region where water depth varies substantially, while the conventional mild slope equation model yeilds large errors, as the mild slope assumption is violated.
비선형 천수와 쇄파를 고려한 수정완경사방정식의 타원형 수치모형

쇄파대 파랑모의의 정확도를 높이기위해 타원형 완경사방정식에 Shuto의 경험식에 근거한 비선형 천수효과를 도입하였고 쇄파구조를 추가하였다. 천수 실험을 통해 상대수심과 심해 파형경사에 따른 천수계수의 변화를 확인한 결과 Shuto의 비선형 천수식과 잘 일치하였다. 쇄파실험에서 비선형 천수효과로 인해 선형모형에 비해 상승된 파고 분포를 확인할 수 있었고 실험치와 잘 일치하였다. 쇄파구조는 1/10 경사지형에서는 실험치와 잘 일치하였지만 1/20 경사지형에서는 과도한 에너지 감쇄를 보여주었다. To improve the accuracy of numerical simulation of wave trans- formation across the surf zone, nonlinear shoaling effect based on Shuto's empirical formula and breaking mechanism are induced in the elliptic modified mild slope equation. The variations of shoaling coefficient with relative depth and deep water wave steepness are successfully reproduced and show good agreements with Shuto's formula. Breaking experiments show larger wave height distributions than linear model due to nonlinear shoaling but breaking mechanism shows a little bit larger damping in 1/20 beach slope experiment.
