        횡하중을 받는 전단보강된 무량판-기둥 접합부의 구조적 성능에 관한 실험적 연구

        The objective of this experimental study is to investigate the structural performance of shear reinforced flat plate-column connections under cyclic lateral load. In experimental investigation, the specimens are tested with structural behavior of reinforced three types of shear reinforcement such as conventional stirrup, studstrip, SRD and compared the results of that without shear reinforcement. This research analyzed the structural performance such as strength and ductility of the connections with each shear reinforcement according to current design criteria. As a result of the load-displacement relationship of the specimens, the rate of increase in shear strengthen effect of SRD was 31%, studstrip was 17%, conventional stirrup was 14% compared with that of a specimen without shear reinforcement. And maximum load occurred for the specimens at 5.0% drift ratio, the specimen without shear reinforcement showed typical punching shear failure, whereas the other specimens with shear reinforcement sustained deformation after that. The results of ductility behavior of the specimens is evaluated in terms of ductility index and energy dissipation, the specimen with SRD reinforcement is superior to the specimens reinforced stirrup or studstrip.

        재하된 H형강 휨재의 열응력해석을 이용한 한계온도 산정

        국내의 내화성능평가는 대부분 사양적설계 방법인 품질시험을 통해 이뤄지고 있다. 하지만 시험 특성상 많은 비용과 시간을 요구하며 다양한 건축구조에 대한 내화성능평가에는 어려움이 많다. 따라서 본연구에서는 성능적 설계를 위한 연구로 유한요소 구조해석 프로그램인 ABAQUS를 사용해 H형강 휨재를 대상으로 변수에 따른 열응력 해석을 통해 내화성능을 검토하며, 하중비별 한계온도를 제안한다. The domestic fire resistance performance test is conducted as a prescriptive design method such as quality test. In quality test there are 2 methods, unloaded fire resistance test and fire resistance test under load. In realistic, these tests, however, have problems with expense, time and diversity of structure. This study reviewed fire resistance performance of H-beam flexural member by thermal stress analysis using finite element ABAQUS program. This research is for the performance-based design reviewing applicability of domestic standard. As a result of this study, limit temperatures per each load ratio provied for proper performance of fire resistancy.

        반복이차계획법을 이용한 엔드플레이트 접합의 실제적 최적설계

        The optimum values of members consisting of end-plated connection are searched by using theoretical optimum, SQP method, and practical optimum. These values are obtained as the theoretical and practical optimum values by bolt size, and the optimum value of cost function. The SQP method is verified by investigating reliability of convergence and the structure engineer can use directly the practical optimum value of this program when he designed the end-plated connection. If the material property such as strength of bolt and plate and beam size are given as a input data, it is expected that this program is the excellent optimum design program that is searched the optimum value as concerns all end-plated connection.

        포탈 프레임의 반강접 접합부 구조거동에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural behavior of connections of portal frame built up from Hollow Flange sections. Connections of portal frame is composed of column base, rafter to column joints and rafer to rafter joints. The rafter is connected to the column or the rafer by bolted end-plate connection. Three types of joint have been selected for testing-column base, rafter to column joints (what is called the knee joint) and rafer to rafter joints. Total number of test specimens is seventeen. The parameter of experiment is thickness of end plate, the number of bolt and the shape of end-plate. Two types of loading for knee joint tests are selected. One is static loading and the other is cycling loading. For column base tests, cantilever testing mode is applied. The strength, rotationnal stiffness of portal frame connections is investigated by the tests of bolted end-plate connections. And moment-rotationnal relationship and load-displacement of the connection tests are proposed. For the connections of portal frame, it is known that 8-bolt extended end plate connections have superior stiffness and rotation capacity. Also, 8-bolt flush end-plate connections shows good strength similar to 8-bolt extended end-plate connection.

        강구조 보-기둥 접합부의 비선형 유한요소 모델링 기법

        The purpose of this study is to suggest a modelling technique of beam-to-column connections of steel frames using SN490 and to investigate the effect of structural behavior of the ten different types of connections. The specimens are composed of different types of shear tap, fastener, scallop and reduced beam section. In order to verify the reliability, structural behavior of the specimens subjected to yielding and ultimate load is compared with experimental test and nonlinear finite element analysis considering geometry and material. The nonlinear finite element modelling technique also can be used to predict the behavior of beam-to-column connections of steel frames.

        무량판 전단보강재의 콘크리트 원추형 파괴에 따른 정착성능평가

        The purpose of this study is to compare the anchorage capacity of shear reinforcement for flat plate by concrete breakout method. Tensile strength of stud, bearing strength that considers the bearing area ratio and concrete breakout strength using the design method of the mechanical anchorage - in reference to the Appendix D "Anchoring to Concrete" of ACI318M-05 - is compared. and the new design method is suggested, which is rationally able to reflect the shear reinforcement's moving by comparing the steel strength of anchor or headstud, the pullout strength in tension, and the concrete breakout strength with cone type using the concrete capacity design. After six test specimens according to the V-STUD's anchorage type and two test specimens applied conventional stirrup and studrail are made, one-way slab type's shear strength test is carried out, and the result presents the little difference of suggested design value reflecting the characteristic by the anchorage type.

        몰탈충진형 각형강관을 이용한 기둥-무량판 접합부 전단보강재 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop a more economical and constructible shear reinforcement which is named as V-STUD with a mortar filled steel tube. V-STUD is a new kind of shear reinforcement for column-flat plate connection and its potential application is examined in general. Therefore, a total of twelve test specimens in four different types are made on the basis of the shear area and slab tickness. Then, they are compared with the conventional stirrup and studrail in the respect of the maximum shear strength and ductility through the one-way slab shear strength test. Additionally, considering the shear capacity in the hole edge area, the equivalent area is computed. Also, how to use the value for the existing design method is suggested. As a result, the maximum shear strength of the V-STUD shows an increase by 18 to 60 % in comparison with the designed values ; the shear ductility parameter, on the other hand, demonstrates a better performance than that of the stirrup while generating a relatively lower figure than that of the studrail.

        유리섬유 막재의 역학적 특성에 관한 시험

        막 구조는 형태의 다양성, 막의 가벼움과 내구성, 투광성 및 균질성 때문에 현대 건축물에 다용하게 사용되어 새로운 건축세계를 열어가고 있다. 본 논문은 대공간 건축 구조물에 주로 사용되는 유리섬유 막 재료의 역학적 특성에 대한 연구이다. 현재 주로 사용되는 건축용 막 재료의 종류에는 PVC, PVF, PVDF, PTFE, ETFE 막재들이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 건축용 막재료에 대한 역학적 시험 방법을 정립하고, PTFE 코팅 유리섬유 막재에 대한 인장강도, 인열강도 및 반복하중 시험 등을 실시하여 건축용 막 재료의 역학적 특성을 분석하고자 한다. Membrane structures are now used in various ways throughout the world with the merits of free shape, lightness, durability, sunlight transmittance and homogeneous material. The development of new membrane material opened up new possibility for the design of new building structures. Recently it was mainly used PVC, PVF, PVDF, PTFE, ETFE membrane for using the roofing material of membrane structures. Some problems of membrane materials have fire proofing, lack of strength, self cleaning capacity, tear resistance, durability, heat insulation, sound insulation and elasticity. For the solution of this problems, it will be tested the mechanical properties of membrane material about tensile strength, tearing resistance, etc.
