This study is intended to recognize mental and physical health status of Nursing Junior Collegians. The sample data for the study have been collected applying C.M.I. from 462 collegians selected randomly at 4 nursing junior colleges in Taegu city and Kyungbuk province over a period of three months from September to November 1986. The data was treated by a computer (SPSS) using Mean, Standard Deviation, F Ratio, Chi-square test and Pearson's Correlation. The summary of the results in the study are as follows: 1) The relationship between general mental-physical health of Nursing students and places which they have grown up, showed to be not significant. 2) The relationship between mental(p < 0.01), physical (p < 0.05), general mental- physical health (p < 0.01) and living expense satisfaction showed to be significant. 3) In the relations to pride as a nurse, musculoskeletal system (p < 0.01), Fatigability(p < 0.05) Miscellaneous disease (p < 0.01), Inadequacy (p < 0.05), Depression (p < 0.001), Sensitivity(p < 0.01), Anger (p < 0.01), and Tension (p < 0.05) showed to be significant. 4) In the relation to anxiety on registered Nurses Examinication, The frequency of Respiratory (p < 0.05), Cardiovascular (p < 0.001), Digestive (p < 0.05), Musculoskeletal (p < 0.05), Nervous system(p < 0.05) and frequency illness (p < 0.05), Inadequacy (p < 0.05), Depression (p < 0.01), Anxiety (p < 0.05), Sensitivity (p < 0.05), Anger (p < 0.05) and Tension (p < 0.001) showed to be significant.

Betty Neuman's Health care system model has been applied to nursing practice. As a result this model has been evaluated valuable tools for patient need assessment and intervention. In a complex practical situation, assessment by the one professional has to be used another professionals, and that is available to effective and efficient patient care. This model offers an opportunities achiving the consistent and integral nursing goal. Betty Neuman's model guide an important role to practice preventive intervention that demonstrate patient/environment interaction. Improving qualty of nursing care, it is important that focusing primary preventive intervention and multiple facet of nursing field. It would be possible that through the application of this model to the various nursing field, and validity of the application will be accumulate.

For some time we have been aware that the current method of charting was not reflective of the nursing care provided to patients. Many RNs have complained about the amount of time required for documentation and the outcome-generalized notes that missed key points of nursing care. Particularly, focus charting in a psychiatric facility has the advantage of fostering the documentation of the nursing process and encouraging analytical thinking. Focus charting is a structured method of documentation that alows the nurse to consider interventions and patient responses, as well as observations of the patient. The method clearly demonstrations the care given to patients. And the educational process is vital to the success of transitions from narrative to focus charting. Focus charting demenstrates professional documentation and a major contribution to the nursing profession.

The purpose of the paper is to critical for the requirement of new welfare which Reaganomics and Thacherism as well as new pubic welfare shouldn't come first, a great panic was in 1930 old, - unemployment, poverty hungry disease. Since World War Il, is fixed public welfare of countries, but recent years raised new conservativism, new liberalism, it is antisocial welfare-middle left economic reform of Tony Blair and Gerhard Schroeder There has been a period general enrichment in korea, it is not equal balance between welfare and local government system(life-environment, construction policy) but it is not core to education, culture, health. The following conduction is the necessary of new welfare. 1. Rational democratic local self government welfare system is welfare of developed nation is retreat. 2. It is not culture welfare, but social model of welfare It is new welfare for the paradigm. 3. Educational environment welfare, health welfare. The circumstance of korea today allow us to take neither a culture welfare model, nor to public welfare model. This means that we will allow individual welfare.

Hitherto making reference to some of the concept-framework, the environment is a component element of indispensable concept-framework as a concept, but differently defined according to the unit of the object and differently defined according to its role in a case and situation Because the environment affects the health and unhealth of human, the environment which is surrounding human who is the nursed object seems to be not the concept which must be controled and arranged by the so-called nursing-work but an accident and chance usage. In the view of regarding human as a biological organism, there is the defined-concept contains the physical environment closely adhered on human-organism like air, temperature and house etc, while there is the cultural environment which is an un-observation and impossible to be measure in company with a wide concept of environment even including a univevsal space. Therefore as a concept the environment contains a various degree of abstractness, is described by a concrete concept like Nightingale's theory and tends to be used as an extremely abstractive concept like Rogers' theory In view of a relative aspect between environment and human, the environment is also described as a concept which regards a environment as a component element of human behavior because the environment interrelates with human and they affect each other. But there is another concept regards a environment as a original being-concept surrounding human. Despite existing of a point or guideline of practice,since B.Neuman regarded a environment as a factor of stress affects human in most of concept-framework it is not easy to characterize the environmental common factor because it must be indicated in a new fashion. As above-mentioned, however, the concept of environment which is a various and multi-layered is classified as follows. 1. the unit of human environment 2. the unit of social environment 3. the unit of cultural environment 4. the unit of mental environment 5. the unit of physical environment According to percepting human under what view and dimension, the environmental unit is differently determined by a five-class as above-mentioned. Nursing identifies the nursing controling environment, the environment controllable and the environment changing human. And nursing researches the method of possible operation and control. And then making the body of knowledge for them it is an important task that develops the concept-framework adaptable to the practical nursing.

We simply examined that the approach of established relationship between our government and civil society to enter in twenty-one century in rising the important problem thought the relationship between government and civil organization through our examples and other countries' for identified responsibilities and autonomous securities. It needs for several system devices for the relation between government and civil organization more than ever. The serious matter, of course, is financial difficulties, actable places, conference room and reserved places of equipment in civil organization. Therefore it is necessary for them to enable establishment to backup center in local government. And when the public and private enterprises and government have to provide volunteer services to introduce vacation system in order to support to civil organization at the same time. According to that, organization and government's the way of joint production can be thrived in government policy process. At the end, in spite of many problems and criticisms, we can scrutinize duties to develop in many respects First of all, a positive participation of civil organization can exactly suggest for their benefit, from a beneficially view; that makes decision clear both political and administrative course. Second, the more civil organization's experience accumulates, the more unities of local strengthens, too, To increase activities brings society to develop from politics by making mature democratic society. In order to succeed in democracy confidence and union are important in mutual local inhabitants, ant the same time, it is important to complete institutioin and achieve industry. However, civil organization must solve of itself to develop in partnership. As civil organization, autonomy, security, neutrality, public benefit, and speciality are concerned with elements. We consider that neutral system ought to support civil organization like that of U.S.A. not government directly supports it. Only legal institution is expected to keep relation between government and civil organization for autonomy and responsibility.

In the face of globalization, open society, there is one of the huge changes, knowledge and information age where we have times background, the period of disauthenticity which can't live in peace with the economic aggressive ready and challenge of powerful countries. In the period flow of changes, We certainly must have the great human resource and produce more developing and persisting knowledge and information. So It sincerely need human strategic confrontation about environment condition and largely recognigize the importance of human resource management . After all, it is necessary that actively a motivation and the system environment to want to do together with evoking a motivation . Also, the system living makes it possible that we recognize now times background which must show the excellent leader's ability. Therefore, the system members' contribution thinking always is existed for organization and it needs that recognize again communicate system introduction and the importance of human resouree management, such as a suggestion system which can establish cooperatic forms, increase. In the times of entering from a globalization, information-oriented, open society and analogue times to digital times, the source of competitiveness depends on human resource. Human resource managers' capacities and foies need to try to fix for establishing a successful organization because of the competitiveness is the heart of that. So, we must pursuit Korea human resource management system strategy with doing the system, technical and theoretical side in order to satisfy the realistic demand.

For fulfillment of varions man's nursing demands, in the changing society, we must understand different personal demands and problems with comprehesive nursing care. And scientific knowledge and ability about nursing theories and practices, is required, which can be properly applicable to whole nursing procedule which analyzes problems, plans nursing schedules and diagnoses scientifically. So, in order to increase the efficiencies of nursing job and their scholarly development, it is necessary for graduate nurses who have finished fundamental education course to have continuing education which enables them to practice themselves in health care clinic about their special field. And this education course will be 2 year conrse which in world common clinical learning period. Enforcement of this system is required in other field, excepting mental nursing, hygienic nursing, anesthetic nursing field and qualification of midwife. And systematic supplement to this system to give qualification, will lead more effective clinical drilling in school education and will increse nursing capacity in clinic, in that way it will help increase of peoples' health. More education of qualified expertnurse in each special field will bring impovement of their social status and development of their own association, also...

The Purpose of this paper is to generalize opinions on the characteristics shown in the counseling process through experiences of the telephone counseling case and the literature survey. It well beable to contrabute in the role enlargement and the increments of efficeiency for the psychiatric nurse practitioner. Not only the voice of therapist on the telephone counseling provides the client a reassurance by producing a safety like mother who causes to object consistency, byt also the simple contact with the telephone helps them reduce anxiety and allows them to have a supportive therapeutic alliance, and is effective in a crisis intervention This method is able to be applied in the broad social problems containing adolescence, the elder, and child who is diffcult to come to the hospital, or respond in aggresive and instant ways, wife abuse, drug and alcoholic addiction, sexual problems, and mental health problems, and so on. It is also useful to provide the information on the social, physical, spiritual, mental health, al well as to prevent the disease.

An art psychologic therapy is a therapeutic process that uses an art. It makes a client represent consciously one's own mental image of an unconsciousness. That is, the art as therapy makes clients, who have a suicide drive or a suicide attempt, possible to recover self-reliance, to have a broad view of things, and then to prevent in advance in the process of counselling and interviewing through art therapeutic therapy. Therefore, this study is purposed to consider how to approach by art therapy useful of helping the formation process of the mental image, and to examane applicablility through the clinical cases. In special, these clinical cases show the desire hidden in the clients' inner worlds, unsatisfied wishes, conflicts, complex, several drive pressed in the unconscious world, and so forth. These evidences prove that an art therapy play a useful role as a supplementary diagnosis tool in the effective psychologic therapy for clients.
