중소병원 구성원의 직무만족과 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

The study was a descriptive research to investigate the effect of job satisfaction and self-leadership of members of small and middle-sized hospital on organizational commitment. Collection of data was conducted throughout members of small and middle-sized hospitals with explanation of purpose from 2011, Oct, 1st to 10th. Collected data was analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and hierarchical regression analysis with utilizing SPSS Win 16.0. As a result of the expected effect, a degree of effect on organizational commitment has explanation 65.1%(F=183.804) on job satisfaction and self leadership. Also, it was job satisfaction that was found to be more effective, where explanation for it was β=.755 and self-leadership β=.264. With considering these facts, both factors are effective for organizational commitment. Therefore, to improve organizational commitment, it pays systemized strategies and ever more proactive efforts. To strengthen the self leadership, it needs changes in cultural aspects of hospitals to enlarge accessibility to information and opportunities for education and to expand freedom in their responsibility. Great effort on changing in cultural aspects of hospital would, based on effective interrelationship with members, improve efficacies of organization and efficiency of management.
셀프리더십 훈련 프로그램이 간호대 학생들의 희망과 행복에 미치는 효과

The research was to investigate the effect of self leadership training program on hope and happiness of college students from Oct 30th to 31st, 2009 for 33 C college students. The instruments included the Hope scale by Kim(2004). To measure happiness, tool of Yang(1998) was used. The data ware analyzed with x2-test, paired t-test, t-test by using SPSS Win 16.0 program. In this research, the hope of subjects increased significantly from 3.20 before test to 3.82 after test. The happiness scale increased significantly from 3.53 before test to 4.15 after test. The self leadership training program is effect to improve college students' hope and happiness. Therefore, for college students who have very unhappiness and despair, the program should highly be recommended to apply. 본 연구는 셀프리더십 훈련 프로그램이 간호대학생들의 희망과 행복에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 2일 동안 총 18시간 제공되었으며, 희망측정 도구는 Snyder(1996)에 의해 개발되고 강이영(2002)이 번안하고 김택호(2004)가 수정한 도구를 사용하였으며, 행복측정 도구는 Waterman(1993)와 Ryff(1989)의 행복감 척도를 참고로 하여 제작된 양명환(1998)이 번안한 도구를 수정·보완하여 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/Win 16.0 프로그램을 이용하여 x2-test, paired t-test, t-test를 사용 하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 실험군의 희망 점수는 셀프리더십 훈련 프로그램 실시 전 평균이 3.20점이었으나, 실시 후 평균이 3.82점이 증가하여 유의한 차이를 보였다. 실험군의 행복 점수는 셀프리더십 훈련 프로그램 실전 평균이 3.53점이었으나 실시 후 평균이 4.15점이 증가하여 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면 셀프리더십 훈련 프로그램은 간호대학생들의 희망과 행복을 증진시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들에게 셀프리더십 훈련 프로그램을 활용하여 긍정적인 자기 관리와 내적 동기부여를 해주므로 성공적인 대학생활을 할 수 있도록 지지해주어야 할 것이다.
