클라우드 서비스는 현재 국내외적으로 가장 주목을 받고 있는 가상 서비스이다. 그 중에서도 클라우드 스토리지 서비스는 PC 와 모바일 디바이스가 가진 용량의 제한을 극복할 수 있고 즉각적인 동기화를 통한 편리성으로 인해 해외와 국내 유수의 통신사와 인터넷 서비스 기업에서 많은 관심을 보이며 그 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 관심에도 불구하고 국내에서 독보적인 위치를 차지하고 있는 주요 포털 서비스에서 제공하는 클라우드 서비스를 사용하는 사용자는 많지 않은 편이다. 본 연구에서는 클라우드 서비스가 사용하기 어려울 수 있다는 가설 하에 현재 나와있는 국내 포털의 클라우드 스토리지 서비스를 20 대 대학생을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 또한, 실제 사용자의 경험을 관찰하여 사용성 측면에서 비교, 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 종합하여 일반 사용자에게 이상적인 클라우드 서비스를 제안하였다. Cloud service is currently getting the most attention at home and abroad. Among them, showing a lot of interest due to ease through the immediate synchronization with PC and mobile devices and overcome the limited capacity of the devices, overseas and operator of the nation"s leading Internet service companies provide the cloud services. Despite these attentions, there are small amount of users that use cloud storage services service provided by the Korea"s major portal. In this study, we have a hypothesis that cause of this phenomenon of cloud storage services is usability problem. To solve this problem, we analyzed the current domestic portal site cloud storage service in terms of survey which is 20`s college student`s usability. Then we compared and suggested for a general idea for users of cloud storage services.
