In this study, it was investigated for dynamic nonlinear characteristics using dynamic data obtained by shaking table test. The design of Tuned Liquid Damper(TLD) has limitation to plan based on Tuned Mass Damper(TMD) analogy and linear wave theory. Also, while there are many studies regarding properties of TLD under harmonic load, there are not estimated for dynamic non-linear characteristics of TLD under the load that is not governed by particular frequency like a white noise. This paper investigated dynamic non-linear characteristics of TLD varied with load amplitude using a white noise and suggested equations that can estimate damping ratio, natural frequency ratio and effective mass ratio of TLD. 본 연구에서는 진동대 실험을 통해 얻은 동적 데이터를 이용하여 TDL의 동적 비선형 특성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 현재까지 TDL의 설계는 액체의 비선형 거동이 나타남에도 불구하고 TMD 근사이론이나 선형파동이론과 같은 선형 거동을 가정으로 설계되어 지는 한계를 가지고 있다. 또한 조화하중과 같은 특정진동수에 지배되는 하중형태에 대한 TDL의 동적 비선형 특성이 규명되었지만 백색잡음과 같은 특정진동수 성분에 지배되지 않은 하중형태에 대한 TDL의 동적 비선형 특성은 아직까지 검증된 바가 없다. 본 논문은 백색잡음을 이용하여 가진 하중 크기에 따른 TDL의 동적 비선형 특성을 검토하여 설계 시 필요한 동조액체감쇠기의 감쇠비, 고유진동수비 및 유효질량비를 평가할 수 있는 산정식을 제안하였다.

An abnormal vibration accident occurred in a 39 story steel frame structure on July 5th, 2011. In this study, The eigenvalue and time history analyses were conducted using a 3 dimensional numerical model to investigate the vertical vibration cause. The vertical accelerations of the several floors measured during the tests of human rhythmic movements in a fitness center on the 12th floor were compared with the analysis results. Based on test data and numerical results, it was identified that the natural frequency of vertical vibration mode of the building is equal to the main frequency of human group rhythmic movements and the resonance of the vertical mode caused the abnormal vertical vibration of the building.
상용 구조해석 프로그램을 이용한 TMD가 설치된 RC 공동주택 구조물에 대한 모델링 및 수치해석

In this paper, a numerical model of a reinforced concrete apartment structure with TMD is constructed using commercial structural analysis program MIDAS and seismic response analysis is performed. The design parameters of TMD such as tuned frequency ratio and damping ratio are determined based on the equation proposed by Sadek(1998) and time history analysis is conducted for a standard model of wall type apartment structure which is not seismically designed. Seven artificial earthquake loads are generated according to the KBC2005 seismic load design spectrum for Sc soil condition, and the responses of the structure without/with TMD are averaged over the 7 earthquake loads. Numerical analysis results show that TMD can provide 20~28% reduction of relative displacement, inter-story drift, and story shear force.

The vertical extension of a building in general remodeling process increases both gravity and seismic loads by simply adding masses to the building. In this study, a vertical extension structural module(VESM) is proposed for enhancing seismic performance of the existing buildings by utilizing the story-increased parts. The proposed VESM is composed of steel column, steel beam, and beam-end rotational damper. The steel columns are connected to the shear walls and transfer the wall rotation in out-of plane to the steel beam, and then the beam-end rotational damper dissipates the earthquake-induced energy. Numerical analysis result from a cantilever beam of which end-rotation is restricted by rotational damper indicates that the displacement, base shear, and base overturning moment of the existing structures showing cantilever behavior can be significantly reduced by using the proposed method. Also, it is observed that friction-type rotational damper is effective than viscous one.

The seismic performance improvement of the slab damper-shear wall system which is newly proposed in this study was experimentally verified by conducting shaking table tests. White noise, harmonic and earthquake acceleration are used as input signal and the acceleration responses of the two story building structures with/without the slab dampers were measured and compared in time and frequency domains. The experimental results indicate that the slab damper system can effectively control the seismic response. The proposed system can be used in the connection of the existing structure and the new horizontal extension.
벼 칼루스 誘起 홀몬組合과 老化程度에 따른 植物體 再分化

This experiment was carried out to know the plant regeneration frequency at the different callus age and hormone combinations for callus induction. Plant regeneration frequency of young spikelet was higher at 15 days old callus after plating of spikelet and it was decreased as increase of callus age. The decrease of regeneration ability was delayed by subculture in cv. Calrose 75. Addition of NAA to the 2,4-D was better for plant regeneration than that of use of 2,4-D alone. In cv. Calrose 75, combined effect of 3mg/ℓ 2,4-D with 2mg/ℓ NAA or 4mg/ℓ 2,4-D with 1mg/ℓ IAA were more effective for callus induction and plant regeneration, and plant regeneration freguency were 96.7% and 93.3%, respectively. In cv. Kumnampung, combined effect of 3mg/ℓ 2,4-D with 2mg/ℓ NAA or 2mg/ℓ IAA were more effective for callus induction and plant regeneration and, their regeneration frequency were 60.0% and 56.7%, respectively.
수직-수평부 단면적비에 따른 동조액체기둥형 감쇠장치의 고유진동수 산정식 제안

LCVA has an advantage that its natural frequency can be easily controlled by changing the area ratio of the vertical column and horizontal part. The previous studies investigated the dynamic characteristics of the LCVA under harmonic load. This study experimentally obtained the first and second mode natural frequencies of the LCVA from shaking table tests using white noise and compared the values with the ones by previous study. Test results show that the measured first mode natural frequency of the LCVA has a different value compared with calculated one. The effective length($L_e$) was revised using by power equation. In the case01 to 19, the standard deviation($S_r$) is 4.7292 and the coefficient of correlation(r) is 0.9856. In the case21 to 61, the standard deviation($S_r$) is 14.2143 and the coefficient of correlation(r) is 0.9935. The second mode frequency increases with the increasing area ratio, which is due to the sloshing motion effect resulting from the large area of the vertical column.
