In this paper, we compared the performance of Cu(In,Ga)(S,Se)₂ (CIGSSe) thin film solar cell with CdS buffer layer deposited by irradiating 365 nm UV light with 8 W power in Chemcial Bath Deposition (CBD) process. The effects of UV light irradiation on the thin film deposition mechanism during CBD-CdS thin film deposition were investigated through chemical and electro-optical studies. If the UV light is irradiated during the solution process, the hydrolysis of Thiourea is promoted even during the same time, thereby inhibiting the formation of the intermediate products developed in the reaction pathway and decreasing the pH of the solution. As a result, it is suggested that the efficiency of the CdS/CIGSSe solar cell is increased because the ratio of the S element in the CdS thin film increases and the proportion of the O element decreases. This is a very simple and effective approach to control the S/O ratio of the CdS thin film by the CBD process without artificially controlling the process temperature, solution pH or concentration.

본 연구는 노숙아동의 모래상자치료과정에 나타난 사례분석을 통해 무의식의 의식화과정을 이해하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 참여아동은 노숙경험이 있는 10세의 남자아동이다. 연구 참여자에 대한 모래상자치료는 주 1회, 회기별 50분씩 총 52회기를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 현상학점 관점에 입각해 최대한 모래상자치료에 나타나는 작품을 “있는 그대로” 관찰 기술하고자 하였으며, 모래상자치료 과정에서의 직접관찰과 모래상자치료 경험에 관한 심층면담을 실시하였다. 모래상자치료과정에서 나타난 내용과 주제의 변화에 따라 모래상자치료 초기, 중기, 후기로 나누어 모래상자치료 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구 대상아동의 모래상자치료 초기에는 자아의 불균형으로 인해 목적 지향적이지 못하고 현실에 적응할 수 없는 혼돈과 혼란이 나타났다. 모래상자치료 중기에는 연습과 훈련의 장면들을 통해 자신의 신체와 감정을 조절할 수 있는 힘과 역동들이 표현되었다. 모래상자치료 후기에는 내용의 주제가 상호 협동할 수 있는 게임으로 완화되어 갔으며, 변신과 변형이 나타나고 일상생활이 등장하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노숙아동의 모래상자치료과정은 자신의 존재를 확립하고 자신을 조절해 나가기 위한 투쟁의 과정으로 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 참여아동은 모래상자치료 과정 속에서 자신의 무의식적인 내면을 재구성하여 의식화하고 변환하는 작업을 통해 삶에서의 새로운 방향성을 얻고 일상생활에 적응하려는 모습들을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 모래상자치료 사례분석을 통해 무의식의 의식화 과정을 제시하여 아동의 정신적 변화과정에 대한 이해를 도왔다는데 의의가 있다. This study tried to understand conscientizing process of unconsciousness by case analysis of sandtray therapy cases of homeless child. Participants of this study are 10-year-old male child who had ever been homeless. This study, with point of view of phenomenology, tried to observe and describe works in sandtray therapy ‘as it is’, and also during the process of sandtray therapies, a researcher conducted direct observation and in-depth interview about experiencing sandtray therapy. According to changes of contents and topic shown during the process of sandtray therapies, this study analyzed contents of sandtray therapy by classifying the process into the early stage, the medium stage, and the late stage. According to sandtray therapy of the targets of this study, chaos and confusion like not being goal-oriented and able to adapting to reality emerged because of unbalance of ego at the early stage. In the middle stage, through scenes of trials and practices, power and dynamics that can control one’s body and emotion also emerged. At the late stage of sandtray therapy, although struggle of opposing poles had continued; topic of contents had been moderated to cooperatable game and transformation and metamorphosis emerged. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the sandtray therapy process of the homeless child could be seen as a struggle for establishing his own existence and controlling himself. Second, solving the challenges the child must overcome through the work of reconstructing, conscientizing and transforming his unconscious inner side in the sandtray therapy process, they showed a new direction in life and efforts to adapt to everyday life. This study is of significance in that it helped understand the process of mental change of child by suggesting the consciousness process of unconsciousness through the case analysis of the sandtray therapy.
