스포츠융합산업 인식과 증강현실 기술을 접목한 서비스 특화전략 인식 및 관람의도 간의 구조 분석: 프로야구 중심으로

본 연구는 산업 간의 융합이 새로운 성장 동력으로 주목받고 있는 현 시점에서 스포츠융합산업을 통한 관람스포츠 시장의 확대 가능성을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 스포츠융합산업에 대한 소비자의 인식, 서비스 특화전략 인식 그리고 관람의도 간의 구조를 확인하는 연구를 진행하였다. 2016년 8월 약 한 달간 서울 J구장 및 경기 G구장을 방문한 20대 성인남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 조사된 모든 자료는 SPSS와 AMOS 통계프로그램을 이용하여 전산처리하였다. 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠융합산업 인식은 서비스 특화전략 인식에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스 특화전략 인식은 관람의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠융합 산업 인식은 관람의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스 특화전략 인식은 스포츠융합산업 인식과 관람의도 사이에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of expanding the sports market through the sports convergence industry at present, as convergence between industries is attracting attention as a new growth engine. For the purpose of research, we confirmed the structure of consumers' Perception of Convergence in Sports Industry, Service Differentiation Strategies, and Viewing Intention. In August, 2016, a survey was conducted for 20 - year - old men and women who visited J and G Stadium for about a month. All the data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistics program. The results are as follows. First, perception of convergence in sports industry has a positive effect on the service differentiation strategy with augmented reality. Second, the service differentiation strategy with augmented reality has a positive effect on the viewing intention. Third, perception of convergence in sports industry showed positive influence on viewing intention. Fourth, service differentiation strategy with augmented reality was found to be a mediating factor between perception of convergence in sports industry and the viewing intention.

본 연구는 50대 중년 여성의 수영 참여 구조와 의미에 관하여 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 현상학적 분석 방법을 사용하였으며, 연구 대상은 서울특별시 A구에 소재한 실내 수영장 강습회원들 중 50대 중년 여성회원들을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 2017년 9월부터 2018년 1월 까지 휴일을 제외한 주중과 주말 모두 참여관찰을 실시하였다. 또한 그룹 및 개별 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하고 얻은 내용을 바탕으로 1차적으로 체계적으로 정리하고 분석하였으며, 이후 주제 분석을 통해 도출된 의미(주제)구조를 4가지 체험의 실존적인 구조(시간, 공간, 관계, 신체)와 대비시켜 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과거에서 현재까지의 특별한 주관적 시간의 체험에 대하여 관심, 열망, 필요 및 몰입 요소가 도출되었다. 둘째, 다양한 공간에서 나타나는 공간적 체험의 의미에 대하여 수영장은 물속에 대한 특별한 공간으로 나타났으며 체온 조절실 및 샤워장은 교류의 공간으로 나타났다. 셋째, 강사와 회원 간의 관계는 신뢰와 친밀감, 회원과 회원 사이에는 사회적인 소통이 유지되는 체험적 관계로 나타났다. 넷째, 신체적 체험에서는 전신운동 효과와 삶의 활력소에 대하여 도출되었다. 후속연구를 위한 제언으로써 첫째, 중년기에 해당되는 세부 연령대별 혹은 인구통계학적 요소의 구분을 통한 차이를 알아본다. 둘째, 장기간 수영 경력을 가진 중년기 여성을 대상으로 후속연구가 요구된다. 셋째, 수영 이외 참여율이 높은 타 종목들에 대한 다양한 이해연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structure and meaning of swimming participation in middle aged women in their 50s. The study method was used as a phenomenological method. The subjects of the study were 50 middle-aged female members of the indoor pool classes located in A District, Seoul. From September 2017 to January 2018, participants were observed on both weekdays and weekends except holidays. In addition, based on the contents collected through group and individual in - depth interviews, we systematically organized and analyzed the systematically and analyzed the meaning (subject) structure derived from the theme analysis. The existing structure of the four experiences(time, Space, relationship, body). The results of the analysis are as follows. First, interest, aspiration, needs and commitment factors were derived for the experience of special subjective time from past to present. Second, the meaning of the spatial experience in various spaces appeared as a special space for the water, and the temperature control room and the shower room appeared as space for the exchange. Third, the relationship between the lecturer and the member appeared to be trust and intimacy, and the relationship between the member and the member showed an experiential relationship in which social communication was maintained. Fourth, in the physical experience, it was derived about the whole body exercise effect and life energy. As a suggestion for the follow-up research, first, we examine differences in the age groups or demographic factors that correspond to the middle age. Second, follow-up research is required for middle-aged women with long-term swimming experience. Third, various understanding studies should be carried out on other sports with high participation rate other than swimming.
