The purpose of the study was to investigate the correlation of physical fitness and anaerobic power in aerobic sport events. Male subjects (n=45) and female subjects (n=22)performed physical fitness tests and anaerobic power test (COMBI Power Max Test). consisting of vital capacity, vertical jump, 50m run, rest heart rate. The results were as follows; 1. Height, weight, vital capacity, body weight of ratio were shown significant difference by sex, and rest heart rate was show significant difference between athletic career. Lower limb was significant difference by sex. 2. Vertical jump, 50m run, power Max test were shown significant difference at the .01 level by sport events and sex. 3. Vertical jump (r=.744), body weight of ratio (r=.657), 50m run (.384), athletic career (r=-.359)were signicant correlation at .05 level with anaerobic power test in male subject. Body weight of ratio (r=.734), vertical jump (r=.62), rest heart rate were shown significant correlation at .01 level with anaerobic power test in female subjects.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of varied gliding stride on Kinematics of the shot put. Four different distance of gliding stride were in specific: 1. free distance (FD) 2. 1/3 distance of circle diameter (1/3 D) 3. 2/5 distance of circle diameter (2/5 D) 4. 1/2 distance of circle diameter (1/2 D) The subject were 3 national caliber female athletes who were training at Korean National College of Physical Education. The results were as follows. 1. Subject A at 1/2D threw 13.18m and was showed the best Kinematic results. 2. Subject B at FD achieved maximum distance of 13,21m and volocity of release was 11,04/ses. 3. Subject C at 1/2D threw 14.14m and velocity of release was 10.25m/sec. 4. Maintain low body position throughout the glide and into the beginning of push-pff phase, and then abruptly raised it as rapidly as possible. 5. Increase the resultant shot velocity at the push-off phase.
