The purpose of this study was to propose a countermeasure against the causes of stress in the training camp for the athletes of physical education high school throughout the country, and the subjects of study were total 225 students selected, at random, from 15 physical education high schools throughout the country. The researcher checked how frequently a response was used on the basis of the open-type questionnaire, conducted the classification & categorization of the main topics according to the inductive analysis procedures, and raised the reliance and appropriateness of research contents through verification methods from various points of view. Physical education high school have been restricted in space and permitted circumstances, under this given condition stress perhaps seems to be inevitable, so to creating an atmosphere to wisely overcome stress is very important. A window for free dialogue should be prepared, with expansion of cultural life for free time and complement of facilities for hobby activities. This would ultimately be the best way to getting rid of stress and to stirring their competitive spirit.
