Myanmar, one of the ASEAN countries, is now on the paved way to multiparty democracy system. Education is one of the important factors for implementing the new political system and key to the economic structure. So the Myanmar government laid down the education plan and tried to implement. Both infrastructure and teaching methodology are also modernized as international standard. The Ministry of Education is the main provider of education in the Union of Myanmar and is functioning with the vision to create an education system that will generate a learning society capable of facing the challenges of the Knowledge Age. The implementation of the education development plan is not only bringing about the enhancement of the quality of higher education and promoted diversity, but it has also markedly increased accessibility to higher education. Linking to the above concepts, this research approach focuses on the intermediate education level by the way of include the major basic course on computer skill and English language skill. I collect official data and consensus for students, teachers and parents as a case study of Intermediate School in Leiway Township in Nay Pyi Taw Capital of Myanmar. In brief, the education promotion programmes being undertaken will enhance the building of a robust higher education system that can further serve Myanmar’s needs as it strives to become a modern and developed nation. Furthermore, it will equip Myanmar citizens with quality education and the advanced skill or knowledge they will need in an increasingly competitive environment and create a firm foundation to pursue lifelong learning while at the same time nurturing the cultural roots and identity of Myanmar.
