This research, through an empirical analysis, verified how stress factor of workers followed by their role in the convention industry affects their turnover intention, and the mediated effect of reduction of this relationship. The role stress is caused by the excessive of role, the conflict of role, and the ambiguity of role by three key figures. The exhaustion is organized the emotional exhaustion, the depersonalization, and the reduced personal accomplishment. The questionnaire distributed to the convention employees who work in capital area total 280 questionnaires, and the 262 questionnaires was turned back. And then, we used 255 questionnaires without the untruthful 7 questionnaires. The result of this research is like below. First, the more the convention employees feel exhausted that the conflict of role is bigger and the role is ambiguous more, and it is bigger to present the exhaustion when they recognize that the roles are more. Second, the convention employees are that the role stress is higher; the turnover intention is higher too. Third, the emotional exhaustion takes the complete mediating effect, and the excessive of role have an effect to the part of mediation effect. Also, the reduced personal accomplishment takes effect that the excessive of role and the ambiguity of role has the part of mediation effect, and the emotional exhaustion was caused by the conflict of the role. In addition, this takes effect to turnover intention.
