세포내 멜라닌 생성 및 Collagenase와 Elastase에 대한 Coenzyme Q10 유도체들의 억제활성

Coenzyme Q10 and six derivatives of coenzyme Qn were synthesized and tested for their inhibitory effects on melanogenesis occurred in murine melanoma (B16/F1) cells and on collagenase/elastase activities as well. As the result, synthetic coenzyme Qn showed a potent inhibitory effect on melanin formation, collagenase and elastase activities in all tested concentrations. Among these synthetic compounds, coenzyme Q1 and coenzyme Q2 potentially inhibited melanin formation and elastase activity when compared to other coenzyme Qn derivatives. For the collagenase activities, all coenzyme Qn derivatives inhibited 80-85% of controls. As compared, coenzyme Qn derivatives exhibited strong inhibitory activities with the decrease of isoprenoid unit number of coenzyme Qn derivatives except for collagenase activity. For the inhibition of collagenase activity, moiety of benzoquinone might be considered as the active functional group. Taken together, coenzyme Q1 and coenzyme Q2 might be used for functional cosmetics. Coenzyme Q<sub>10</sub>유도체들의 항산화 및 세포독성 효과

Coenzyme Q<sub>10</sub>과 그 유도체 coenzyme Q<sub>n</sub> 6종을 합성하고, 이들 유도체에 대하여 상피세포(LLC-PKI cell)를 이용한 항산화 효과와 NIH/3T3 세포를 이용한 세포독성 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 합성한 coenzyme Q<sub>n</sub>유도체들 이 coenzyme Q<sub>10</sub>에 비해 우수한 항산화 효과를 나타내었으며, 그 중 coenzyme Q₃-C가 모든 농도에서 107.7 로 가장 우수한 효과를 나타내었다. 또한, 모든 coenzymeQ<sub>n</sub>유도체들이 coenzyme Q<sub>10</sub>과 유사한 세포독성을 나타내었다. Coenzyme Q<sub>n</sub>의 n수에 따른 항산화 효과 및 세포독성 실험에서 isoprene unit의 수가 적은 유도체들에서 우수한 효과를 나타내었다.
