The formation of multip]e-shoots was vigorous on the medium containing BA 2-4mg/ℓ without forming callus. Callul, formation was weak on most media, but effective on the medium treated with BA 8㎎/ℓ plus IAA 0, 1-2㎎/ℓ. The activated charcoal did not have repressive effects on the callus formation of differentiated shoots and the differentiation of adventitious roots. The adventitious roots were vigorously differentiated on the medium with 0.1㎎/ℓ IAA and IBA respectively. These studies were Performed to establish the method of in vitro micro-propagation through the shoot tip culture of Gerbera Jamefonii cv. "Hugo." various growth regulators such as benzyl adenine (BA), indolebutyric acid (IBA), 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2, 4-D), and naphthalenacetic acid (NAA) were supplemented to the Murashige and Skoog's medium (MS ) for an investigation of callus formation and organ differentiation.

This studies were performed to establish in vitro clonal multiplication of cordyline terminalis CV. Ti through ovary culture in Murashige and Skoog's media containing various levels of NAA(α-naphthalene acetic acid) and BA (benzyl adenine The calluses were induced vigorousely from the medium supplemented with 1mg/L NAA and 1-6mg/L BA. The differentiation of multiple-shoots was promoted on the medium containing 1mg/L NAA and 4mg/L BA. The numerous adventitious roots were initiated from the proximal part of multiple-shoots. After 8 months of callus growth and differentiation, each ovary tissue yielded 80 to 100 plantlets.
소회향(Anthum graveolens L.)의 체세포배 발생에 의한 식물체 재생

When immature floret and peduncle segements of Anethum graveolens L. were cultured on MS medium supplemented with various combinations of 2,4-D and BA, embryogenic callus and somatic embryos were observed on MS medium containing 2,4-D only in primary culture. Formation of embryogenic callus and somatic embryos were more effective in peduncle segements than in immature floret, and embryogenic callus were induced on medium containing 2.0mg/L 2,4-D respectively. When embryogenic callus induced in primary culture were transferred to MS medium with 0.5 mg/L 2,4- D and BA, embryogenic callus were vigorously proliferated. Plantlet formation from somatic embryos were more frequently observed on MS medium without growth regulators(96%) than that with 2,4-D and BA.
