        UVB 조사량에 따른 최소홍반 유도와 피부색 변화의 관찰

        The purpose of this study was to examine Korean women`s minimum erythema dose (MED) and changes in skin color index such as erythema and melanin after UVB irradiation. 14 Healthy women as subjects were irradiated to the external part of the women`s upper arms in four different stages (50, 75, 100 and 125 mJ/cm<sup>2</sup>), their skin was observed with the naked eye and measurement of erythema index (EI) and melanin index (MI) 24 hours later and then for eight weeks. Besides, a survey was conducted on the women to classify their skin type according to Fitzpatrick`s classification of skin types. As a result, the skin of the four women belonged to skin type II; six to skin type III; and four to skin type IV. But there were differences in MED and the degree of skin darkness even among the women. When the higher amount of UVB was irradiated, EI became higher, and MI became lower. Before UVB irradiation, EI had a significant correlation with MI but a very week correlation after UVB irradiation. In conclusion, the amount of UVB irradiation should be between 50 mJ/cm<sup>2</sup> and 75 mJ/cm<sup>2</sup> for sunscreen effect test and that it should be regulated within the range depending on their skin type. The amount of UVB that generated erythema and made skin color dark was between 75 mJ/cm<sup>2</sup> and 100 mJ/cm<sup>2</sup>.

        당(唐)시대의 전통 화장과 영상매체에 재현된 화장기법의 비교

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs for review of the traditional make-up techniques in Tang dynasty and to analyze the make-up reproduced in the film media. Pictures related to the Chinese history containing literature and photos on the Internet and art books used for reviews and analysis. The traditional make-up techniques and characteristics found in 5 films after consultation with 3 make-up experts in this field. Then, a comparison and analysis was conducted with the traditional make-up techniques and characteristics found in the films and the old relics and paintings. As a result, traditional make-up techniques were practiced in more exotic, colorful and liberal manner than before. Continuously in great vogue were Hongjang, Hongbun and Hwajeun using several pigments, eyebrows of various shapes and small but thick painting in lip. Myeonyop was also widely liked by imprinting dimples of pearl-size at both sides of one`s lip. The movie <Lover> featured reproduction of Hongjang, Hwajeun and eyebrow make-up. In the movie <Course of the golden flower>, eyebrow make-up appeared in a gorgeous modern mode quite different from the traditional makeup technique. In <Zetianwuhon>, Hwajeun, Swahong and eyebrow make-up were reproduced but lip make-up was expressed in a totally different way. In conclusion, it seems necessary to apply the traditional make-up techniques to the given situation after closely studying and properly modifying them in order to present the image of the circumstances and characters in reflection of the times in the movies or dramas.

        송(宋)나라의 전통화장법과 영상매체에 재현된 화장법의 비교

        Chinese traditional make-up gives many motives and various idea for make-up artists and creaters. So that, traditional make-up in Song dynasty and reconstructed make-up in visual media were investigated for the comparison of both technical characters. The favorite color and pattern of foundation and cheek, form of eyebrows and lip make-up were analyzed and observed not only in old pictures, wall paintings and make-up related papers but also in two films (Fool hardiness and Banquet) and one drama (Generals of the Yang family) of Song dynasty. As the results, philosophy of back to the nature in Song dynasty were influenced to make-up culture and cause to the simple, light and elegance make-up style such as T-zone high light white skin and pink cheeks, wide round eyebrows style (Wallmi; moon like and Palzami; chinese alphabet eight) and small red lips were prefered in traditional make-up. Especially, T-zone hight light technique shows the new make-up style of three dimensional make-up. And the eyebrows make-up and lip-make-up of Dang dynasty were used partly until Song dynasty. And the color and painting technique of foundation and cheeks were fast similar to traditional make-up in reconstructed make-up of visual media. In contrast to the traditional make-up, the thick and short eyebrows in Banquet and wide and thick lips in Fool hardiness and Generals of the Yang family were shown in reconstructed expression. In conclusion, the technique of three dimensional make-up may be developed in Song dynasty. And production of either historical film nor fusion films must be need by proof of traditional make-up at the reconstruction time.
