        Environmental pollution is caused by increasing n㎛ber of mankind and development of technology. People are continuously interested in this subject more than any other subjects. As population grows, the waste they make is increasing and the amount of incineration of waste matter also has increased. However, incinerating waste has several flaws, such as emission of acid gas, nitrogen oxides, and other pollutants. Therefore, prevention equipment technology that has high removal efficiency is required. Recently, rising interest in enforcement of environment regulation and environment itself brought the spreading application of rotary atomizer. However, problems such as blockage from the wheel disk caused the removal efficiency to decrease. In this paper, rotary atomizer droplet size with highly reliable facility is reestimated and the study to solve the blockage problem as well as the removal efficiency depending on droplet size were studied. In the experimental result, according to the nozzle size, as the size got smaller, emission speed and emission pressure increased and caused the droplet size to get smaller. By actually doing the experiment, which was about if droplet size decreases, will emission consistency also decrease, the effectiveness was proven and so was stability of the operation. Therefore, from this study, it can be said that by preventing the nozzle blockage problem of the rotary atomizer and increasing removal efficiency, the form the basis were made, which can be extensively applied.
