SAQ 성능 향상을 위한 효과적인 운동 방법 연구 고찰

SAQ training, which is closely related to sports performance, refers to speed, change of direction, and agility. Many studies has been conducted on exercise methods to improve SAQ perfom1a11ce. Although many studies have been published on its effectiveness, comprehensive and systematic literature review studies on exercise methods are rare. Therefore, the purpose of this systematic review is to comprehensively and systematically organize effective exercise methods through literature review to improve SAQ performance, which is closely related to athletic perfom1a11ce. For this purpose, a total of 9 papers related to Plyometric training (n=3), Sprint training (n=3), and Weight training (n=3) were selected from Google Scholar and Pubmed. As a result of the study, it was reported that the three exercise methods, Plyometric training, Sprint training, and Weight training, all in1proved speed, agility, and agility. Considering the degree of in1provement reported in previous studies, Plyometric is thought to be the most effective. However, studies comparing the three exercise progran1S quantitatively are rare, so it is difficult to detem1ine which exercise progran1 is effective. Therefore, it is necessary to compare and analyze the three exercise methods to identify an effective exercise program for improving SAQ performance in the future.
