즉흥연주 중심 창작음악극 활동이 교육복지특별지원 유아의 일상적 스트레스에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 즉흥연주 중심 창작음악극 활동이 교육복지특별지원 대상 유아의 일상적 스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 교육복지특별지원 대상 유아란 양육자가 법정 저소득층, 차상위층, 다문화 가족, 북한이탈주민의 조건에 해당하거나 담임교사 추천(교육 취약 및 위기 가정의 유아)을 받은 유아를 지칭한다. 이러한 유아는 가족 구조의 형태나 소득 수준에 따른 환경적 요인으로 인해 또래와의 관계에서 문제를 보이거나 심리적으로 위축되어 스트레스에 취약할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 유아 스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 즉흥연주 중심의 창작음악극 활동은 노래 부르기, 악기 연주, 즉흥연주로 구성되었으며 과정 중심의 활동으로 고안되었다. 즉흥연주 중심 창작음악극 활동을 적용한 실험집단은 중재 전과 비교하여 일상적 스트레스의 전체 점수가 감소하였으며(p<.000), 하위 영역인 비난 · 공격적 상황에 접함(p<.000), 불안 · 좌절감 경험(p<.000), 자존감 상함(p<.004)에서 의미 있게 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 즉흥연주 중심 창작음악극 활동이 교육복지특별지원 대상 유아의 일상적 스트레스를 감소시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Improvisation-Oriented Creative Music Drama Activities on daily stress of pre-school children supported by special education welfare priority service. This legal support group is to target low-income groups, multicultural families, North Korea defectors, and families in crisis recommended by a teacher in charge. Those pre-school children often exhibit a problems in their relationships with peers due to environmental factors, such as the income level or family structure. As a result, they may become vulnerable to psychological stress. In order to reduce the pre-school children’s daily stress, creative musical drama activity using instrumental improvisation was composed of singing, instrument playing, and improvisation provided by the music therapist. The group participated in Improvisation-Oriented Creative Music Drama Activities showed statistically significant differences in daily stress compared to control group(p<.000). In detail, the results showed significant differences in the situations of aggressive condemnation(p<.000), fear, frustration experienced by anxiety(p<.000) and bruised self-esteem(p<.000). Additionally, the behavior analysis for experimental group showed that stress on themselves, stress from others and stress on objects were reduced gradually. Results from the current study suggest that Improvisation-Oriented Creative Music Drama Activities can help pre-school children supported by special education welfare priority service to reduce daily stress. Future research suggestions and study limitations are provided.
