        자동화에 따른 대학도서관 조직구조변화에 관한 연구

        전자정보환경에 직면한 대학도서관 조직은 변화에 민감하게 대응하지 않으면 그 기능을 다할 수 없다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 대학도서관의 조직구조가 자동화에 따라 어떻게 변화되었는지 조사, 분석하여 정보화시대에 적합하고 효율적인 조직구조로의 전환을 위한 방안을 위해 제언함으로써 대학도서관 조직구조의 개선을 도모하는 데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. The organization of university library is still not corresponding effectively with the infomation age. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to survey and analyze an organizational change which appears in the process of automatization, and to provide of fundamental elements for the efficient management in university library.

        오페라 마농 레스코(Manon Lescaut)의 무대의상 디자인 비교연구

        As performing arts including operas are getting popular these days, the importance of stage costumes is strengthened. Stage costume is one of the artistic requisites for opera performance, it plays an important role in describing the play`s situation, the director`s style and the person`s character. Nevertheless the study regarding the opera`s costumes is not active, especially the comparative study on the same opera`s costumes performed by different opera companies have hardly been made. Therefore this study compared 5 Manon Lescaut opera performances: the Metropo-litan Opera(1980), the Flemish Opera(1991), the Metropolitan Opera(2008), the Seoul Metropoli-tan Opera(2010) and the Vienna State Opera(2010) and made clear the difference between the four. From this study, we can get the following conclusions. First, the Metropolitan Opera`s costumes in 1980 act and in 2008 act ascertained Rococo dressing. Because the costume designer for both acts was the same person, the general costume styles of the two acts are similar. Second, as for the Flemish Opera and Seoul Metropolitan Opera, there was a significant drop in fancy details and trimmings in the costumes. But the costumes made strong impressions dues to its color and luminosity contrast. Third, Vienna State Opera costumes had the boldest designs and it reflected modern designs as well. This study is meaningful in that it is based on the comparison study on the same opera stage costumes designed by different directors. Afterward this study is expected to contribute toward study on opera stage costumes and stage costume`s development.

        우키요에 문양이 나타난 일본 이레즈미 타투에 대한 연구

        This study is focused on the Japanese Irezumi Tattoo of Ukiyo-e pattern Design. And researched the changes in meaning of Japanese Irezumi Tattoo which started in recent. Thus, Japanese Irezumi Tattoo pattern design by the oldest, based on the concept of Ukiyo-e pattern in edo period. This research is trying to understand the Ukiyo-e pattern in edo period and have an effect the Japanese Irezumi Tattoo. And hope to be contributed to more easily accessible Tattoo and an unexplored field in beauty industry. This study researched the Ukiyo-e pattern in edo period previous studies, books of the Japanese Irezumi Tattoo design, articles, and over. Based on the Ukiyo-e pattern in edo period compared and analyzed appear Ukiyo-e pattern with the Japanese Irezumi Tattoo design. From this study, we can get the following conclusions. First, the Ukiyo-e pattern appear to 4 the Japanese Irezumi Tattoo design that are character person, oni of japanese ghost, animal and natural object. For the most part of japanese tattoo design are same to Ukiyo-e pattern in edo period or similar to mixing design is equal. Second, in the Japanese Irezumi Tattoo design of character person tattooing that is 108 Stars of Destiny, Oiran, yakusya(actor of kabuki) and kintaro. The 108 Stars of Destiny pattern are ‘Nine Tattooed Dragons’, ‘Multicoloured Leopard’, ‘Flowery Monk’ and so on. These features drawing mixing dragon and snake which is symbol of superhuman strength and bravery. Oiran(花魁) were courtesans in Japan. The oiran were considered a type of yjo(遊女) ‘woman of pleasure’ or prostitute. Their art and fashions often set trends and popular, because of this, cultural aspects of oiran traditions continue to be preserved to this day. Yakusya is actor of kabuki: Ishikawa Goemon was a semi-legendary Japanese outlaw hero. Kintaro(金太) is a folk hero from Japanese folklore. A child of superhuman strength, he was raised by a mountain hag on Mount Ashigara. Third, japanese ghost in the Ukiyo-e pattern is oni, skull, phantom and demon. These Japanese Irezumi Tattoo pattern symbol protect all of the evil spirits. Forth, carp of Ukiyo-e pattern is express with Kintaro that is symbol of subordinates and have a lot of descendants. Fifth, wild sea and raging waves in the Ukiyo-e pattern show dynamics inspire vitality. This study is meaningful in that based on the comparison study on the Ukiyo-e pattern Design of Japanese Irezumi Tattoo. Afterward this study is expected to contribute toward study on tattoo development in the beauty business.

        오페라 「마농 레스코(Manon Lescaut)」의 무대분장 비교연구

Stage makeup and hair style is one of the artistic requisites for opera performance, it plays an important role in describing the play``s situation, the play``s style and the person``s character. Nevertheless the study respecting the opera``s makeup and hair style are not animated, especially the comparative study on the same opera``s makeup and hair style performed by two opera company has hardly been made. Therefore this study compared 2 opera performancesㅡby the Metropolitan Opera(2008) and the Seoul Metropolitan Opera(2010)ㅡ of Manon Lescaut and made clear the difference between the two. From this study, we can get the following conclusions. First, the tow opera``s makeup and hair style act ascertained base of Rococo beauty style. But it was significantly different makeup and hair style between the Metropolitan Opera and the Seoul Metropolitan Opera. Second, in the Seoul Metropolitan Opera``s makeup are extremely Contour Make-up and looks like Westerner. It was color and luminosity contrast made strong impression. These features associate with Westerner and Orient makeup style. Third, Seoul Metropolitan Opera``s makeup are fanciest performances and are added modern make-up color and design. This study is meaningful in that based on the comparative study on the same opera stage makeup designed by different makeup and hair style between the Orient and the West. Afterward this study is expected to contribute toward study on opera stage makeup and hair style and stage makeup and hair style development.

        미디어 네일아트 디자인에 표현된 시뮬라시옹 연구

        Simulation, Baudrillard claims, is the current stage of the simulacrum: all is composed of references with no referents, a hyperreality. This study is focused on the Media stimuli destruct the existing space-time structure and create the copied images not based on reality. Nail art design showing this simulation phenomenon is diversely expressed due to experimental creativity, individuality, and exaggerated and dramatic direction. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to find out the correlations between the nail art design and the simulation theory. For the method of the study the case study was used, Naomi Yasuda, Fleury Rose and Sophie Harris Greenslade from 2012 to 2016 were selected as the range of the study. Nail art design was representative nail art design and non-representative nail art design. Simulation of nail art design had property of imitative nature, appropriation and realism. Also, Media nail art design had property of symbolism. extendability, distortion, deformation. These properties were closely related to the properties of simulation, the representative phenomenon in the modern society. So, it plays an important role in the total fashion the era include nail art design as the man who consistently pursues newness and beauty brings other images into fashion. This study was meaningful a framework to analyze aesthetics ideal of nail art design in beauty.

        프랜차이즈미용실의 서비스속성이 고객만족도 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study aims for the service attributes of the franchise beauty salon to provide efficient service to maintain and secure customer retention through surveying the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And the results obtained from this study are following. First of all, the level of service was shown at average 3.87 in the first five points of service, followed by human characteristics, the highest point, and the technical characteristics and the characteristics of the store in turn. The customer satisfaction level scored 3.73 points and the customer loyalty indicated an average of 3.74 points. Second, the customer satisfaction level showed that the store attributes, technical characteristics, human attributes, and service attributes are correlated with each other meaningfully. And the customer loyalty level indicated the store attributes, technical characteristics, human characteristics and the service attributes are have the meaningful co-relationship. Third, as a result of the multi-return analysis conducted to identify variables to affect customer satisfaction, the store characteristics and human characteristics contributed to explaining customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction and customer loyalty should not be overlooked by improving the service quality. Therefore, franchise salon managers should develop differentiated, rational service marketing strategies and utilize them to enhance customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty accordingly.

        젠더리스 화장품 광고에 표현된 남성 메이크업 이미지 연구

        This study classified makeup image types focusing on Genderless Cosmetic advertisements that were introduced in Genderless Cosmetic Brand, and analyzed Characteristic by makeup image type according to it. The results were as follows. First, ‘Masculinity makeup’ expresses ‘Decadence makeup’ and ‘Smokey makeup’. ‘Feminity makeup’ expresses soft and womanly image of ‘Feminine makeup’, ‘Romantic makeup’ expresses girlish image and ‘Sexy makeup’ expresses womanly sexual image. ‘Neutrality makeup’ expresses ‘Natural makeup’ image. ‘Androgyny makeup’ expresses ‘Avant-garde makeup’ image. Second, the eyebrow shapes in ‘Neutral image makeup’ were equally shown a standard form, an natural pattern, a horizontal form, and an angular shape. On the other hand, ‘Feminine image makeup’, ‘Romantic image makeup’ had the mainstream as the standard form. ‘Sexy image makeup’ was shown evenly the thick straight pattern and the angular shape, arch shape and was mainly used the brown color. was not form and ‘Decadence Makeup’ had straight pattern form used the black color. The eyeshadow colors in ‘Neutral image makeup,’ ‘Feminine image makeup’ and ‘Romantic image makeup’ the mainstream as peach, beige, light brown, and pink colors. ‘Sexy image makeup’ had glittery purple, green, gold and blue. ‘Avant-garde image Makeup’ had colorful vivid tone. ‘Decadence image Makeup’ had black, deep blue in dark tone. The lips in ‘Neutral image makeup’ used nude pink, pale coral, beige. ‘Feminine image makeup’ and ‘Romantic image makeup’ had pink, coral. ‘Sexy image makeup’ were primarily used the red series and nude pearl pink. ‘Avant-garde image Makeup’ had colorful vivid tone and neon color. ‘Decadence image Makeup’ had nude color, deep red in dark tone. Third, ‘Natural image makeup’ did not highlight any specific section. ‘Romantic image makeup’ and ‘Feminine image makeup’ did fruitful blusher of coral, pink. ‘Sexy image makeup’ tend to give a point with glittery and pearl series to the lip makeup color. ‘Avant-garde image Makeup’ had colorful art painting. ‘Decadence image Makeup’ had not highlight because emphasis smokey eye makeup.

        인터넷 온라인게임 의상디자인에 표현된 미메시스 연구

        Ever since Homeros in Greece, Mimesis was thought to be an art that imitates nature, especially the classicism of nature. Mimetic theories were used in the artworks in the era of the Renaissance, and the terminology ``mimesis`` replaced the idea of originality in the 15th century. The purpose of this study is to understand the aesthetics of mimesis expressed in Online video game apparel design. For this purpose, I researched different theories of ``mimesis`` and applied them to Online video game apparel designs. The research was conducted using various books on aesthetics and fashion, and demonstrative studies were processed by analyzing photos from Internet video game websites. In the history of aesthetics, the term mimesis is divided into three categories: external, internal and multiple mimesis. External mimesis represented the historical point of view in the design, which showed the beauty of the ancient times. Internal mimesis displayed the metaphorical symbols of religion, character, psychology, sexuality and fear. Multiple mimesis was the hybrid and the distortion of the different aspects of mimesis. Applying this research on mimesis and expressing them in Online video game design may be an excellent method for understanding human aesthetics in video game apparels.

        신디 셔먼 인스타그램 셀피에 표현된 페미니즘 메이크업의 미적 특성 연구

        Feminism sheds light on women's identities in a variety of ways, along with criticism of gender discrimination and male-centered thinking. In particular, Cindy Sherman's selfie, known as a feminist photographer, expresses various women's images, showing a new identity of women. This study examined feminism makeup that expresses women's self-identification in the recent emergence of Me Too and feminism, and analyzed feminism makeup in Cindy Sherman's self-portrait to find out its aesthetic characteristics. First, the nature of Cindy Sherman's feminism makeup was expressed as dominant masculinity. Through various typical forms of beard, he strongly emphasized masculinity, and his eyebrows were thick and dark, and his facial contour was manly. The beard is a symbol of masculinity and a facial expression of social status and character, so Cindy Sherman actively expresses herself as a feminine figure with feminism makeup. Second, Cindy Sherman's characteristics of feminism makeup expressed the characteristics of benignity, which are caused by the confusion of femininity and masculinity. It emphasizes a positive image to exaggerate the image of a man with feminine features and a manly hairstyle and long, voluminous eyelashes. This positive image can also be seen in postmodernism Androgenus look or Genderless look, and is also the best characteristic of feminism makeup. Third, Cindy Sherman's feminism makeup characteristics had the characteristics of typistic femininity. She expresses her female identity through the image of a powerless and shabby woman by turning herself from a young movie star to an old woman. Fourth, Cindy Sherman's feminism makeup characteristics express the characteristics of detachment with ugly beauty. Such makeup is unstable in shape, and there are many distorted or modified images, but Cindy Sherman's selfies also showed this ugly look of herself. Fifth, Cindy Sherman's feminism makeup is bizarre and gives grotesque horror in the form of witches or vampires.
