Enzyme beating 전처리를 통한 Micro-Fibrillated Cellulose 제조 및 지력증강 효과

Microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) or Nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC) has been used to reduce the use of raw pulp and to improve paper strength. The problem of MFC preparation is high manufacturing cost. In this study, it was carried out to prepare MFC after enzyme beating and estimated properties of MFC. Endo-D was the best beating efficiency among three type of endo-glucanase. As the grinder pass number increased, the viscosity and the fines of MFC suspension increased while the crystallinity and the porosity of MFC sheet decreased. Also enzyme beating MFC was higher value in the crystallinity and lower value in the viscosity than non-enzyme MFC. In addition, the aspect ratio of MFC was the highest at 5 pass. MFC addition improved the handsheet strength and the air permeability but worsened the drainage.

In this study, we evaluated properties of pulp treated with swelling agent and swelling concentration. We used swelling agent, such as NaOH, DMSO, urea. One of them, pulps treated with NaOH from 0 to 5% measured WRV, beating efficiency, crystallinity and aspect ratio. We identified that NaOH when freeness reaches 100mL CSF was the shortest, on the other hand, WRV didn’t change. Because NaOH is good beating efficiency, when pulp treated with various concentration of NaOH from 0 to 5%, pulp treated 1% NaOH was best beating efficiency. However, WRV, crystalline structure and crystallinity didn’t change. The more NaOH concentration increased, the more aspect ratio increased, but when NaOH concentration exceeds 3%, aspect ratio decreased. As a result, pulp treated with 1% NaOH was the greatest beating efficiency and WRV, chemical structure didn’t change.

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and mother’s rational parenting behavior on academic procrastination of middle school students, and to verify the mediated moderation effect of self-control. Methods: The participants of this study includes children ages 13 through 14 years old (N = 267); all of whom attend school in Busan, S. Korea. Collected data were used analyzed by the SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS MACRO (mode l8) by Hayes (2013). Results: The relationship of mother’s rational parenting behavior with the academic procrastination level was mediated by self-control. Additionally, intrinsic motivation level moderated the relationship between mother’s rational parenting behavior and academic procrastination. Further, level of intrinsic motivation had a mediated moderation effect from mother’s rational parenting behavior to the academic procrastination, through the self-control. Conclusion: These results indicate that high level of intrinsic motivation is an important factor in preventing academic procrastination of middle school students.
