국내 친환경인증 학교시설의 사례분석을 통한 인증제도 개선 방향

Many countries have tried their best to save the Earth environment from global warming and they have tried to work out a policy package about energy consumption and carbon dioxide to be a major contributor to global warming. Buildings have emitted over 40% of carbon dioxide against whole quantities emitted to the Earth. Therefore, Green building construction has become one of the important issues in the field of architecture over the past several years. Counter measures against global warming are the most important priority for mankind reducing the carbon dioxide emitted from buildings. So, Korea government has also executed the Green Building Certification Criteria(GBCC). The GBCC for educational facilities was legislated in 2005. The GBCC for educational facilities has the 9 types of evaluation categories. In this paper, the old and new version of GBCC were examined to present the revision direction of GBCC and the 5 cases certificated by the old version were analysed and they were re-evaluated by new version, and the results of the two - the old and new version - were compared to get the direction of future revision of GBCC.
군병원에서 재발성 견관절 탈구와 전방 십자인대 손상으로 수술을 시행한 환자에서의 수술 직후와 재활후의 MRI를 이용한 비교를 통한 임상적 유용성 검증

Background: There is still some controversy regarding the method for fixing a soft tissue graft in the femoral tunnel of the ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) reconstruction and the early rehabilitation is limited during the early postoperative period. Method: This study evaluated the coronal and sagittal T2-weighted MR(recovery>120° range of motion) after surgery. The distance was measured from the most upper point of the graft to the upper border of the superior cross-pin. To reduce the intra- and inter-observer bias, the measurements were taken twice by two orthopedic surgeons for all patients. Results: The inter-rater and intra-rater reliability ranged from 0.79 to 0.93. One of the 18 patients showed complete breakage of the 2 cross pins 8 weeks after surgery, even though it was intact 4 days postoperatively. From an analysis of the remaining 17 patients, there was no significant difference in the coronal and sagittal measurements taken at postoperative 4 days and 8 weeks (p=0.170~0.737). Conclusion: The expansion mechanism of cross-pin works well during the early healing period. However, further study on the strength of this fixation technique will be needed because 1 of the 18 patients showed broken pins.
