The antenna transmits and receives signals has a number of electronics that generate heat. For cooling, four fans and airways circulate air inside the antenna-equipped housing to exchange heat from the cooling plate assembly. In this study, fluid analysis was conducted to assess the suitability of the cooling system. The electronic components of the antenna exhibited temperature values lower than the maximum operating temperature of the components, which showed that the cooling system for the antenna had sufficient performance.

A radar is a device that detects targets and measures distances using radio waves, and it is used as a ground missile defense system to detect flying enemy drones, cruise missiles, and air-to-ground missiles. A radar uses a mobile container for the power supply to enable its operation in emergency scenarios, such as exhibitions and unexpected natural disasters. A shear stress transport k–ω turbulence model and the fluid–structure interaction technique were used in ANSYS based on MIL-STD-810H, which is a test method standard of the U.S. Department of Defense, to determine the stability of radar power supply containers in a high-wind environment. The maximum stress was obtained using pressure data acquired from flow analysis, and the structural stability was determined based on the margin of safety.

Although pipe performs various functions in industrial sites and residential spaces, if it is damaged due to corrosion caused by the external environment, it may cause equipment failure or a major accident. For this reason, various studies for safety management are being conducted, but studies on detecting corrosion or cracks on the pipe surface using a laser displacement sensor have hardly been conducted. Therefore, in this study, the corrosion degree of the pipe surface was compared and classified into 4 corrosion conditions, and inspection equipment using a laser scanner was manufactured. The corrosion height was calculated from the four surface data obtained from the measuring equipment and applied to various CNN algorithms, and 91% accuracy was obtained during training using the Modified VGGNet16 code with reduced number of parameters.
