        Through this research study it is thought that the following is the result of the anchor length and anchor tension of the ship in the anchorage in Yeosu. 1. The average anchor tensions for each axle were 3908kgf at 3 shackles, 2,791kgf at 4 shakles, 4,866kgf at 5 shakles, 4,050kgf at 6 shakles, 1,560kgf at 7 shakles and 1,391kgf at 8 shakles. 2. During this research study the magnitude and variation of tension for each of the ejected anchors in the port of entry and exit cemeteries only recorded up to 9,000kgf at 5 shakes, most of which were below that value. 3. This is less than 21-25 tons in theoretical holding power (3-5 shacks), which is thought to have no significant impact on the safety of anchors and ships during the fairway. 4. The wind between the anchor tension and the external force that affects the field direction is more proportional to the current. 5. It is thought that the “SAEDONGBAEK” should determine the length of the anchorage on wind speed and wind direction rather than another external factors when anchoring in the port of entry and exit cemeteries.
