해양스포츠 관광지의 사회적 책임인식에 따른 관광지동일시 및 환경책임행동의 구조적관계

본 연구는 COVID-19 이후 국내여행이 활성화된 현재 해양스포츠관광 지역의 방문객을 대상으로 해양스포츠관광 목적지의 사회적 책임활동에 따른 관광지동일시 및 환경책임행동의 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구를 진행하기 위해 국내 해양스포츠 관광지를 방문한 방문객 및 최근 1년 이내 방문경험이 있는 해양스포츠 관광객을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 표집방법은 2021년 8월부터 약 2개월 간 강원도 지역에 소재한 도시 중 해양스포츠 관광지로 알려진 도시를 방문하여 해양스포츠에 참여하는 관광객을 편의표본추출법으로 400명의 대상을 선정하였다. 설문방법은 온·오프라인을 병행하여 설문지를 제작·배포하여 회수하였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 392부의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리를 위해 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석 및 SPSS macro PROCESS를 활용한 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 해양스포츠 관광지의 사회적 책임은 목적지 동일시와 환경책임행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관광지동일시는 환경책임행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해양스포츠 관광지의 사회적 책임이 환경책임행동에 미치는 영향에서 관광지동일시는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

골프장 캐디의 직무자율성과 혁신행동의 관계에서 잡크래프팅의 매개효과

This study aimed to investigate the impact of perceived job autonomy on innovative behavior among golf course caddies and to examine the mediating effect of individual job crafting as perceived by caddies. The participants were selected from golf courses located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon regions, with a sample size of 300 caddies. After excluding incomplete and unreliable responses, a total of 279 responses were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, including frequency analysis and descriptive statistics for the study variables. Exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to assess the validity and reliability of the measurement tools. The correlation between variables was examined using Pearson’s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis was performed to explore the relationships among job autonomy, job crafting, and innovative behavior. Additionally, the mediating effect of job crafting in the relationship between job autonomy and innovative behavior was examined using Hayes’ (2013) SPSS PROCESS macro model 4. The results showed that job autonomy had a positive impact on innovative behavior among golf course caddies. Furthermore, job crafting was found to mediate the relationship between job autonomy and innovative behavior. These findings suggest that in order to enhance innovative behavior among golf course caddies, individual job autonomy should be ensured, and job crafting should be promoted to stimulate caddies’ innovative behavior.

스쿠버다이빙 참여자들의 기후변화인식과 친환경행동의 관계에서 체험품질의 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of experience quality on the relationship between climate change awareness and eco-friendly behavior of scuba diving participants. For this purpose, data were collected from 275 domestic scuba diving participants who visited marine sports tourism sites for scuba diving activities within the last 6 months. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, single regression analysis, and moderating effect analysis using SPSS/WIN 18.0. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, climate change awareness has a positive effect on eco-friendly behavior Second, experience quality has a positive effect on climate change awareness on eco-friendly behavior. The results of this study suggest ways to improve the eco-friendly behavior of scuba diving participants.

스쿠버다이빙 참여자의 스쿠버리조트 선택속성에 대한 중요도 우선순위 탐색

The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for reasonable and effective management of scuba resort businesses by investigating priority order of the importance of scuba resort industry selection attributes. For the survey object, total 16 of people were selected as a sample by purposeful sampling, including 4 managers from scuba resorts, 4 people with a Ph. D in the sport management, 4 people with a Ph. D in the sport tourism related filed, 4 of scuba instructor. In this process, factors were extracted over 3 rounds from September 1th to October 31rd 2016 by using delphi technique and the importance priority order was analyzed by conducting analytic hierarchy process(AHP) of the extracted factors. For the data processing, all the data went through encoding procedure for statistical treatment and frequency analysis was conducted with input data by using Windows SPSS/PC(ver. 18.0). For the AHP to decide priority order was implemented by using EC-2000. The results of this study is as follows. First, looking into analysis results of evaluation field, ‘Diving point’ and ‘facility’ was judged to be preferentially considered and it was evaluated with the order of ‘Scuba set’, ‘employee’, and ‘accessibility’. Second, the analysis result through priority order of overall evaluation items seem to have the order of ‘preserved condition of underwater environment’, ‘diversity of diving point’, ‘diversity of underwater creatures’, ‘prompt action toward inconvenient’, and ‘Provide of relaxing service’.

체육전공 대학생의 긍정심리자본에 따른 전공만족, 학습몰입 및 진로준비행동의 관계

This study examined the relationship between satisfaction with major, learning immersion and career preparation behavior arising in connection with positive psychological capital of university students majoring in physical education and the following results were derived First, the Hypothesis 1 was adopted that there would be a positive relationship between positive psychological capital of university students majoring in physical education and their satisfaction with major. Second, Hypothesis 2 was adopted that there would be a positive relationship between positive psychological capital and learning immersion of university students majoring in physical education. Third, Hypothesis 3 was adopted that there would be a positive relationship between positive psychological capital and career preparation behavior of university students majoring in physical education. Fourth, Hypothesis 4 was adopted that there would be a positive relationship between satisfaction with major and learning immersion of university students majoring in physical education. Fifth, Hypothesis 5 was adopted that there would be a positive relationship between satisfaction with major and career preparation behavior of university students majoring in physical education. Sixth, Hypothesis 6 w as a dopted that t here w ould be a p ositive relationship between learning immersion and career preparation behavior of university students majoring in physical education.

고등학교 태권도선수의 셀프리더십에 따른 운동스트레스 및 운동탈진의 관계

Nowadays, the athletic stress and athletic burnout of Taekwondo athletes is negatively affected to the athletes. So, this study aims to find out the player of the self leadership between the Athletic Stress and the Athletic Burnout that traces the structural relationship of self leadership, athletic stress, and athletic burnout as it is the plan to prevent the athletic stress and athletic burnout of high-school Taekwondo athletes. Toward this end, data were collected from 315 sparring athletes who participated in 2017 National Taekwondo Championship through purposeful sampling, one of Nonprobability Sampling methods. As for a data processing method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were conducted through PASW/PC 21, and confirmative factor analysis and structural equation were implemented to define relationships among variables through the use of AMOS 18.0 before verification of significance of indirect effects based on bootstrapping. As a result of analysis, the followings were found out. First, the self leadership of high-school Taekwondo competition athletes is negatively correlated with the athletic stress. Second, the self leadership of high-school Taekwondo competition athletes is also negatively correlated with the athletic burnout. Third, the self leadership of high-school Taekwondo competition athletes is positively correlated with the athletic burnout.

Service blueprint 설계를 활용한 국내 스쿠버리조트의 운영현황 분석

This study has started to provide practical implications and suggestions for scuba-resorts service improvement through analyzing a series of its activities by performing service blueprint analysis and through extracting the activities that caused customers’ complaints. To find out implications, the researcher analyzed the cases of scuba-resorts that located in South Korea. Moreover, it has focused on seeking of service suppliers’ mistake possibility by analyzing the entire service processes of scuba-resorts. The researcher were able to find out results through holding interviews with resorts managers and by performing service blueprint analysis. Most of the scuba-resorts yet adopted computing systems and it could cause to produce basic mistakes and errors during service process. In addition, it could be occurred by human errors since most of the services are performed by men also a scarcity of employees or employees’ negligences of manuals compared to their workloads could be the causes of it. This study confirmed the complaints of visitors and the sensitivity to service failures provided to visitors who may occur to scuba resort operators. It is meaningful in that this study provided basic data for service improvement after grasping these problems. The manualization of the service that was lacking in the scuba resort was connected to the visitor"s chronological order to be processed. that would be a practial help on the spot.

스포츠센터 종사자들의 커뮤니케이션능력, 갈등해결 전략 및 조직효과성의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to analyze structure relationship among Communication Competence, Conflict Resolution Strategies and organizational effectiveness for Workers at Sports Center. For this purpose, we have conducted survey for 350 workers working at 9 sports centers and hotel fitness clubs which are located in seoul and gyeonggi-do. Sampling method was Convenience Sampling Mode, and questionnaire has been structured to be self-administerd type. For the analysis of data, SPSS 18.0 was used and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were made. In order to abstracted factors through structure equation model(path analysis) using AMOS 18.0, confirmatory factor analysis was made. The results are as follows. First, Communication Competence of Workers at Sports Center had a negative influence on Conflict Resolution Strategies. Second, Communication Competence of Workers at Sports Center had negative influence on organizational effectiveness. Third, Conflict Resolution Strategies of Workers at Sports Center had negative influence on organizational effectiveness.

생활체육 참여자들의 운동지속에 미치는 요인에 대한 메타분석

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of variables on exercise adherence based on individual studies conducted in Korea from 2000 to 2017. For systematic literature review, this study approached domestic databases and searched and collected them using online databases such as academic research information service, Korean Academy of Sciences, Kyobo Scholar, DBPIA, Google school, eArticle, etc. In this process, a total of 20 papers were collected from 12 journals and 8 dissertations. In order to distinguish the causes of various effects of the research objects, the coding of individual research was divided into serial number, author name of paper, year of publication, independent variable, dependent variable, type of publication, number of samples, research subjects, and statistics (correlation number and t-value). For data processing, meta-ANOVA was conducted to find out the difference in effect size between subgroups as a moderating effect, and meta-regression was conducted in case of continuous variable. In order to verify the validity of this study, before this analysis, it was determined whether there is a publishing bias in the study that is analyzed as a funnel plot. In this study, CMA(Comprehensive Meta-Analysis) 3.0 program was used to calculate the effect size. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the effect of variables affecting exercise adherence was moderate based on the effect size analysis suggested by Cohen (1988). Second, the effect of the variables that influence the exercise adherence of the sub-factors showed a statistically significant difference. Third, in the analysis of the effect on exercise adherence by control variable, the effect of variables that affect exercise adherence by the subject showed statistically significant difference, and it was shown to be medium effect size. Therefore, in order to improve the exercise adherence, the support around is important, and it is necessary to find a way to improve it, and a plan to increase the exercise adherence should be prepared for the group with low exercise adherence.

스쿠버리조트 방문객들의 만족경험에 따른 애착 및 전환비용이 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate The Effect of Satisfaction experiences and attachment on Switching cost and organizational citizenship behavior for the scuba resort Visitors". For this purpose, this study used a convenient sampling survey was conducted to scuba-diving users who visited in scuba resort located in kangwon-do districts from May to September, 2017. and convenience sampling method with the 250 subjects who take part in scuba-diving. Participation motivation of sports and chose 215 questionnaires excluding 35 unsuitable for the data. Data processing was analysis PASW Ver. 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 to verify the goodness of fit of the model. And then this study verified the individual hypothesis. The results were as followings. First, the Satisfaction experiences of scuba resort Visitors" is positively correlated with the attachment. Second, the Satisfaction experiences of scuba resort Visitors" is positively correlated with the Switching cost. Third, the attachment of scuba resort Visitors" is positively correlated with the organizational citizenship behavior. fourth, the Switching cost of scuba resort Visitors" is positively correlated with the organizational citizenship behavior.
