한국전통공연예술 강령탈춤의 해외공연을 위한 공연기획 및 제작시스템 개선 방안연구

오늘날의 ‘전통 계승’의 의미는 조상의 전통이나 문화유산, 업적, 풍속, 제도 등을 물려받아 이어가는 것을 말한다. 이런 해석에 비추어 본다면 요즘의 전통공연예술들은 단순 보존보다 계승에 가까워지고 있다고 할 수 있다. 해외교류정책을 담당하는 문화체육관광부, 예술경영지원센터, 한국문화예술위원회에서 2006년에서 2011년 사이 국제시장 진출 및 국제교류 활성화를 집중 공략한 끝에 전통공연예술의 해외공연 진출 성공 사례가 2배 이상 증가함으로써 우리의 전통예술에 대한 해외의 관심이 높아졌다. 가치가 소멸되어가는 전통예술 중 하나인 강령탈춤 또한 지속적인 진화를 거듭하면서 전통 보존 가치를 인정받는 동시에 창의적 계승, 상품화해야 할 필요가 있다. 특히 강령탈춤의 단순 보존이 아닌 ‘계승’으로서의 방안으로 고려할 때 어떠한 변화가 필요할 것인가를 생각해 보아야 한다. 본 연구는 강령탈춤의 가치와 해외공연 진출의 필요성을 밝히며, 강령탈춤의 해외진출을 위한 공연기획 및 제작시스템 개선 방안을 찾고자하는 연구이다. 선행연구를 통해 한국전통공연예술을 이해하고 그 가치를 탐구하며, 그런 가치들을 담고 있는 한국전통공연예술 중 하나인 강령탈춤에 관한 문헌고찰을 통해 강령탈춤의 특징과 구성을 드러내어 제작시스템을 살펴본다. 다음으로 강령탈춤의 현재 현황을 파악하고 한국전통공연예술의 해외진출을 위한 주요기관 문화체육관광부, 예술경영지원센타 지원정책과 전략, 그와 더불어 현대의 창의적 계승을 이어가고 있는 전통공연예술들의 현황과 흐름도 살펴본다. 선행연구 후 국내외 해외진출 성공 사례분석 연구와 해외진출 공연기획 및 제작 전문가 심층 인터뷰를 통한 실증 연구를 실시한다. 실제 국내 해외진출 성공 사례 창극 〈변경쇠 점찍고 옹녀〉, 국립현대무용단 〈불쌍〉, 퓨전국악음악〈김주홍과 노름마치〉와 국외 해외진출 성공 사례 중국 전통 가면극〈변검〉, 일 본〈슈퍼 가부키〉, 캐나다 〈태양의 서커스〉분석을 통하여 한국전통공연예술 작품의 성공 요인과 그들의 제작시스템에 대해 연구한다. 해외진출 공연기획 및 제작 전문가 터뷰를 통한 실증 연구는 실질적 현장감과 이해도를 넓히기 위해 전통공연과 관련하여 해외공연 실적, 공연기획 및 제작 관련 업무, 공공기관 및 민간단체, 개인을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰하는 실증연구를 진행하여 이를 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로, 앞의 국내외 해외진출 성공 사례 분석을 더하여 이를 강령탈춤과 비교하며 스토리 영역의 페쇄성으로 인한 스토리의 현대성, 개연성의 부족, 전문적 전략의 다양성, 창의성의 부재, 국가의 적극적 정책지원 부족의 강령탈춤의 공연기획 및 제작시스템의 문제점을 확인하였고 그에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 마지막으로 강령탈춤의 해외진출을 위한 공연기획 및 제작시스템 개선방안 논의를 요약하고, 비교 분석한 결과로 전문스태프 채용 및 분업화를 통한 무대구성, 창작 스토리와 전통적 춤사위 및 복색조화, 영상제작과 SNS를 통한 시각적 효과 강조한 홍보전략, 국가의 전통공연예술의 해외진출 정책 마련 등의 방향으로 연구자 나름의 재해석과 연구를 통한 방안을 제시하였다. The meaning of today's 'traditional succession' refers to the inheritance and succession of cultural heritage, accomplishments, customs, and regime. In the light of this interpretation, traditional performance art can be said to be closer to succession rather than simple preservation. The Ministry of Culture, Arts Management Support Center, and the Korean Culture and Arts Committee have been responsible for foreign exchange policies and focused on advancing international markets and enabling intercourse during the year 2006-2011. As a result, more than twice the success rate for traditional performing arts has increased overseas, which predicts more interests in our traditional art abroad. As one of the traditional art of value lapse, Kang Ryeong Talchum continues to evolve and is recognized for its traditional preservation value, but it needs to be creatively inherited and commercialized. In particular, consideration should be given to the necessary changes needed in the measure of succession rather than simple preservation of Kang Ryeong Talchum. This study reveals the value of Kang Ryeong Talchum and the need to advance overseas performances, and seeks to improve performance planning and production system. Through prior research, we will examine the production system by understanding the traditional Korean performing arts, exploring its values, and disclosing its features. Composition through literature review on the Gangnyeong Talchum, which contains this values will be proceeded. Further examination on the core of the Ministry of Culture and Arts management support policy strategies for overseas entry into Korean Traditional Performing Arts will be made to identify the current situation of Kang Ryeong Talchum as well as look into the flowchart of Korean Traditional Performing Arts for creative succession plans. An empirical study will be conducted through an analysis of success stories in both domestic and foreign countries, performance planning, and an in-depth interview of production professionals. The success of Korean traditional performing arts and their production system is studied through the analysis of performance with the actual domestic overseas success story; <Bun Kung Sae Jum Jick Go Ong Neu>, National Modern Dance Company 〈Bull Sang〉, New Korean Classic Music 〈Kim Ju Hong and No Rem Ma Chi〉, Traditional Chinese masque 〈Bun Gum〉, Japan's <Super Bugatti>, Canada's 〈Cirque du Soleil>. Through an in-depth interview of the planning and production of overseas advance performances, empirical research is intended to broaden realism and understanding. This will be analyzed by conducting empirical research on performing overseas performances related to traditional performance results, planning, production-related work, public institutions, private organizations, and individuals. Based on this, the analysis of successes in foreign countries has been compared with Kang Ryeong Talchum. Issues and improvement measures were sought on transitional field of story modernity, lack of likelihood, the diversity of professional strategies, absence of creativity, lack of active policy support of the country, the issue of Kang Ryeong Talchum planning and production system. Finally, I will summarize, compare, and analyze the performance planning and production system improvement discussions for the overseas entry of Kang Ryeong Talchum. Finally, I summarize and discuss how to improve the performance planning and production system for the overseas entry of Kang Ryeong Talchum, and the comparative analysis results in the stage configuration through professional staff recruitment and division of labor in the direction of creative story and traditional dance-based, abdominal-color harmony, video creation and visual SNS promotion strategies, and foreign-market policy of the National Performing Arts, the researcher proposed a way of interpretation and research.

전화 상담원의 외상 경험과 회복과정에 관한 자전적 내러티브 탐구

본 연구는 전화 상담원의 외상 경험과 회복과정에 관한 질적 연구 방법의 하나인 자전적 내러티브 탐구를 활용한 연구이다. 연구에서 설정한 퍼즐은 첫째, 전화 상담원의 외상 경험은 어떠한가? 둘째, 전화 상담원의 마음 프로그램을 통한 회복과정은 어떠한가? 셋째, 전화 상담원의 회복의미는 어떠한가? 이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 한 달 동안 4회기 마음 프로그램에 참여하고, 마음 프로그램 워크북, 벡 우울 척도 사전·사후 검사, 축어록, 상담일지, 메모 등을 내러티브 현장 텍스트로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 과정은 연구 참여자의 외상 경험, 마음 프로그램을 통한 회복과정, 회복의 의미, 세 단계로 구분된다. 연구 결과 첫째, 전화 상담원의 외상 경험은 ‘벼랑 끝에 놓인 마음’과 ‘전화 상담 전문성에 대한 혼란’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전화 상담원의 마음 프로그램을 통한 회복과정은 ‘의도적 반추’와 ‘좋은 습관 만들기’로 나타났다. 셋째, 전화 상담원의 회복의미는 ‘회복에 대한 믿음’과 ‘외상 후 성장’으로 해석되었다. 전화 상담원은 가정폭력, 학교폭력, 범죄피해, 자살 등 부정적인 스트레스에 노출된 사람을 돕는 직무를 수행하는 과정에서 간접외상 스트레스에 시달리고 있다. 그러나 스트레스에 노출된 전화 상담원의 외상과 회복에 대한 질적 연구는 그동안 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 외상을 경험한 전화 상담원의 회복과정 및 회복의 의미를 다룬 질적 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 연구 참여자가 직접 외상 및 회복과정을 경험한 자전적 내러티브 연구로 전화 상담원의 상담과 치료과정에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 자료를 제공했다는 점과 전화 상담원에 관한 관심과 이해의 폭을 넓히고, 외상을 경험했거나 경험 중인 전화 상담원들의 회복을 돕는데 기여할 수 있다는 데 의미가 있다. 후속 연구에서는 전화 상담원의 외상과 회복을 개인의 문제로 바라보기보다는 사회적인 문제로 인식하고, 전화 상담원의 외상 및 외상후스트레스장애를 예방할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과 회복에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 진행되기를 기대한다.
