환경변화에 따른 한국산 무당벌레 2종의 포식성에 관한 연구

무당벌레 (Harmonia axyridis)와 칠성무당벌레 (Coccinella septempunctata)를 대상으로 생활사와 진딧물 포식성에 대한 환경요인과의 관계를 알아보고자 본 연구를 실시하였다. 무당벌레 (H. axyridis)의 산란시기는 4-5월 경이며 난괴당 평균 25개를 산란하며 70시간 후에 부화된다. 또한 유충기간은 15일 정도이며 용화기간은 92시간 정도이다. 무당벌레 (H. axyridis) A-type과 C-type 그리고 칠성무당벌레 (C. septempunctata)의 진딧물에 대한 포식량은 25℃에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 무당벌레 (H. axyridis) A-type이 25℃에서 76.2마리, C-type이 70.8마리, 칠성무당벌레 (C. septempunctata)는 82.6마리로 칠성무당벌레 (C. septempunctata)가 포식량이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 칠성무당벌레 (C. septempunctata)를 대상으로 빛의 영향을 조사한 결과는 12L:12D일때가 74.6마리로 가장 높게 나타났으나 다른 조건과는 별 차이가 없는 것으로 보아 포식 능력이 빛에는 별다른 영향을 받지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. Lady bug is a useful biologcal-agricultural medicines for preventation of the breeding and extermination as well as a natural enemy of aphid. We studied life cycle and enviromental factor for predatory taking aphids of Coccinellidae. The results of this study are as follows; Harmonia axyridis bears from April to May about 25eggs per colony and hatches out after 70 hours. Also, on larva is needed for 15days, and in pupa is needed in about 92 hours. Predacious activity of H. axyridis A-type, C-type, and Coccinella septempunctata taking aphids reaches climax on 25℃. H. axyridis A-type contains 76.2 aphids, H. axyridis C-type is 70.8, and C. septempunctata containing 82.6 was top among them. In the light codition experiment of C. septempunctata, it contains 74.6 aphids under 12L:12D. But, predatory taking aphids was very similer according light conditions.
