      • SCR 촉매 전단에서의 NH₃ 유동균일지수에 따른 NOx 저감률에 관한 수치적 연구

        The application of SCR systems has been considered an effective exhaust after-treatment method for NOx emission control. Current Urea-SCR systems is possible to achieve 90% NOx if the NH3:NOx ratio is 1:1. However, the reaction has a limited non-uniformity of the exhaust gas flow and ammonia concentration distribution. A uniformity index is developed to evaluate the mixture quality in front of the SCR catalyst, which could also serve as an indirect indication of the de-NOx efficiency of the SCR system. Current papers have been presented the geometrical effects on flow mixing by using 3D Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tool. In this paper, it is presented that the NOx reduction rate has been influenced by the flow uniformity index of NH3 in front of the catalytic converter by using 3D Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) tool. In order to achieve uniform flow at monolith front face, we have been changed with a various diffuser angle and mixer blade angle. It is found that the smaller diffuser angle and mixer blade angle are better NH3 uniformity in front of the SCR catalyst.

      • 명사 시어 중심의 <관동별곡(關東別曲)> 교육 연구 -문맥에 따른 명사 시어의 의미 실현 유형을 중심으로-

        This study aims to classify the types of nouns according to the pattern in which they relate to the textual context and to derive implications on methods of teaching “Kwan-dong-byeol-gok(관동별곡).” The meaning of a poetic word is realized by an interaction between the word and the context and is also closely related to the social-cultural dimensions surrounding the text. Therefore, understanding the meaning of poetic words is different from knowing the dictionary meaning of vocabulary. The meaning of poetic words can be classified into ‘literal’, ‘adjusted’, and ‘variant’ depending on the degree to which the context is involved in the meaning. First, ‘literal’ poetic words realistically depict the travel experience of the lyrical self. Second, ‘adjusted’ poetic words convey cultural meaning to readers. Last, ‘variant’ poetic words play an important role in expressing experiences in a novel way. In the last chapter, the educational method of ‘Kwan-dong-byeol-gok“ was prepared based on the role of the poems belonging to each type as above. First, in the case of ’literal’ words, the flow of the journey can be educated by conducting activities that learners classify space and objects. Second, in the case of ‘adjusted’ words, learners can explore the connection between textual and coordinating meanings using annotations as scaffolding. Finally, in the cast of ‘variant’ words, visual data is used as a scaffold to imagine a metaphor, allowing learners to sensibly understand expressions in the text. This study is of educational significance in that it helps to understand works more systematically by preparing a way to educate vast amounts of poetic words differently according to their relevance to the core experiences of poetry.

        While variable valve actuation or variable valve lift (VVL) is used increasingly in spark ignition (SI) engines to improve the volumetric efficiency or to reduce the pumping losses, it is necessary to understand the impact of variable valve lift and timing on the in-cylinder gas motions and mixing processes. In this paper, characteristics of the in-cylinder flow and fuel distribution for various valve lifts(4, 6, 8, 10mm) were simulated in a GDI engine. It is expected that the investigation will be helpful in understanding and improving GDI combustion when a VVL system is used. The CFD results showed that a increased valve lift could significantly enhance the mixture and in-cylinder tumble motion because of the accelerated air flow. Also, it can be found that the fuel distribution is more affected by earlier injection (during intake process) than that of later injection (end of compression). These may contribute to an improvement in the air-fuel mixing but also to an optimization of intake and exhaust system.
