서울지역 은행 본점 입지의 풍수 비교 연구 : 하나은행·우리은행·신한은행을 중심으로

 This study is to research keynote(基調) of location environments and geological characteristics of headquarters of Hana Bank, Woori Bank, and Shinhan Bank comprehensively and then to analyze them.   Jusan(主山) of headquarters of Hana Bank is connected to Yuduhyul(乳頭穴) through Namsan, which is Tanlang(貪狼) Moksungchae(木星體). The configuration of  the site forms Hoiryonggojohyung(回龍顧祖形) that means looking at Jusan again. On its left, there is a left blue dragon at a distance of about 20m, and on its right, there is a right white tiger at a distance of about 500m, and they surround Hyul Asymmetrically. Its waterway is Tosungsoo(土星水) and it converges in front of the bank. The oriented direction of the building is Sonfa (巽破) of Gyejwajeonghyang(癸坐丁向), and it is associated with the Jungyanghyang (正養向) from 88 Direction Method. The Palyohwangcheonsal is Jinbang(辰方) where Euljiro 1-ga Station is placed. Palosarohwangcheonsal is Gonbang (坤方) where artificial ventilation structure is there as Bibo(裨補). It is Gilgyeok(吉格) as a Ssangseonghwaehyangguk(雙星會向局) of Hyungong Feng Shui.   Jusan(主山) of headquarters of Woori Bank is connected to Yuduhyul(乳頭穴) through Namsan, which is Tanlang(貪狼) Moksungchae(木星體). The configuration of the site forms Giryonghyul (騎龍穴) that means it makes Hyul in the middle of Yongmack referring to dragon’s vein. On its left there is a left blue dragon as T-Mark Grand Hotel and on its right there is a right white tiger as a New-Oriental Hotel. They surround Hyul Cheo as well. Its waterway is Geumsungsoo(金星水). The oriented direction of the building is Impa (壬破) of Gapjwajunghyang(甲坐庚向), and it is associated with the Gyoyeobulgeup(交如不及). The Paltohwangcheonsal is Shinbang(申方), and flower gardens and ginkgo trees are Bibo. Palosarohwangcheonsal is Gonbang(坤方), and ginkgo trees are Bibo. It is not Gilgyeok as a Ssangseonghwaehyangguk(雙星會向局) of Hyungong Feng Shui.   Jusan(主山) of headquarters of Shinhan Bank is connected to Cheomchanghyul(尖槍穴) through Inwangsan, which is Pargoon(破軍) Geumsungchae(金星體). The configuration of the site forms Gyeumhyul(鉗穴) where its mountain layout resembles a shape of trident. Its left blue dragon is a Buyoung Building and its right white tiger is Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry and they are in short distance from Hyuljang(穴場). Its waterway is Geumsungsoo and surrounds the site roundly. The oriented direction of the building is Sapa(巳破) of Chuckjwamihyang(丑坐未向) and it is associated with Jungyanghyang from 88 direction method. The Palyohwangcheonsal is Inbang(寅方) and it is the behind side of the building. The Palosarohwangcheonsal is Gonbang(坤方), and a tree garden is Bibo. It is Gilgyeok as a Wangsanwanghyangguk(旺山旺向局) of Hyungong Feng Shui.   The location sites of headquarters of Hana Bank, Woori Bank, and Shinhan Bank set Inwangsan and Namsan as their Jusan, which are Hanbukjungmack referring to the mountain range from North to South. They are in Gilgy, which is a good place defined by Feng Shui, and they are placed in a spot that has been utilized significantly since the Joseon Dynasty. The headquarters of Hana Bank is in a place where Dochaechalbu(都體察府) was, referring to the national military command, and the headquarters of Woori Bank is in a place where a house, in which Yeonguijeong Jeong Gwang-Phil who is one of the 12 righteous scholars was born, existed. The headquarters of Shinhan Bank is in a place where Jeonhwanguk existed, which produced currency called Yeopjeon, and it has a well developed transportation network for any directions and easy accessibility to the center of a city, which are considered the most important nature of a financial institution. It has Bibo as the Palyohwangcheonsal and Palosarohwangcheonsal, and it forms a harmonious building shape. According to Hyungong Feng Shui, the three banks are located in Gilgy that is a good place defined by Feng Shui, such as Sadaeguk(四大局), Sungmoongyeol(城門訣), and Eumyanghapsip(陰陽合十). However, they form harmonious combinations with individual critical elements that can offset logical flaws of Hyungong Feng Shui, so that finally they have a common algorithm of Gilgy.   Each headquarters of the banks have Jusan with Namsan and Inwangsan and it is difference. They are located in Yuduhyul(乳頭穴) and Cheomchanghyul(尖槍穴) respectively. They show Sagyeok(砂格) and waterway. The oriented direction is also different as one is facing South and another is facing West. It seems that the oriented direction is a selection of orientation(坐向) according to topography and geomorphology. In addition there is also a difference in Hyungong Feng Shui. The headquarters of Hana Bank is the Ssangseonghwaehyangguk(雙星會向局) and the headquarters of Woori Bank is Ssangseonghwaejwagguk(雙星會向局). On the other hand, the headquarters of Shinhan Bank is Wangsanwanghyangguk(旺山旺向局).  Therefore, the headquarters of Hana Bank, Woori Bank, and Shinhan Bank are all placed in which important institutions were located in Joseon Dynasty, so that at that time they were popular as Myeongdang, which means auspicious sites. It is significant that although their purpose and utilization have changed as time goes, the headquarters of major banks, which play an important financial role in Korea, are placed in these sites. This study suggests that it is a critical time to explore rational alternatives and solutions through continuous research.  본 연구는 하나은행 본점과 우리은행 본점, 그리고 신한은행 본점의 입지환경과 지리적 특성의 기조(基調)를 종합적으로 살펴보고 이를 분석하고자 한다. 하나은행 본점의 주산(主山)은 탐랑(貪狼) 목성체(木星體)인 남산으로 유두혈(乳頭穴)을 맺는다. 입수 형태는 주산을 다시금 바라보는 회룡고조형(回龍顧祖形)이다. 좌청룡은 약 20m, 우백호는 약 500m의 거리에서 비대칭으로 혈을 감싸고 있다. 물길은 토성수(土星水)로 은행 앞에서 합류하고 있다. 건축물의 좌향은 계좌정향(癸坐丁向)에 손파(巽破)로 88 향법의 정양향(正養向)에 해당한다. 팔요황천살은 진방(辰方)으로 을지로입구역사(驛舍)가 자리하고 있다. 팔로사로황천살은 곤방(坤方)으로 인공 구조물인 환기구가 비보(裨補)하고 있다. 현공풍수의 쌍성회향국(雙星會向局)으로 길격(吉格)이다. 우리은행 본점의 주산은 탐랑 목성체인 남산으로 유두혈을 맺는다. 입수 형태는 용맥의 중간에 혈을 맺는 기룡혈(騎龍穴)이다. 좌청룡은 티마크-그랜드 호텔이며 우백호는 뉴-오리엔탈 호텔로 혈처를 잘 감싸고 있으며, 물길은 금성수(金星水)이다. 건축물의 좌향은 갑좌경향(甲坐庚向)에 임파(壬破)로 88 향법의 교여불급(交如不及)에 해당한다. 팔요황천살은 신방(申方)으로 화단과 은행나무가 비보하고 있다. 팔로사로황천살은 곤방(坤方)으로 은행나무가 비보하고 있다. 현공풍수의 쌍성회좌국(雙星會坐局)으로 길격에 해당하지는 않는다. 신한은행 본점의 주산(主山)은 파군(破軍) 금성체(金星體)인 인왕산으로 첨창혈(尖槍穴)을 맺는다. 입수 형태는 능선이 마치 삼지창처럼 생겼으며, 겸혈(鉗穴)을 맺는다. 좌청룡은 부영빌딩이며 우백호는 대한상공회의소로 혈장(穴場)과의 거리가 가깝다. 물길은 금성수로 둥글게 환포하고 있다. 건축물의 좌향은 축좌미향(丑坐未向)에 사파(巳破)로 88 향법으로는 정양향에 해당한다. 팔요황천살은 인방(寅方)으로 건물 뒤편이다. 팔로사로황천살은 곤방(坤方)으로 나무화단이 비보하고 있다. 현공풍수의 왕산왕향국(旺山旺向局)으로 길격이다. 하나은행과 우리은행 그리고 신한은행 본점의 입지 환경은 한북정맥의 인왕산과 남산을 주산으로 입지하고 있다. 풍수 길지에 입지하고 있으며, 조선시대부터 중요하게 활용되던 터에 자리하고 있다. 하나은행 본점은 조선시대 전국 군대를 지휘하던 도체찰부(都體察府)가 자리하던 곳이라면, 우리은행 본점은 12명의 정승이 태어난 영의정 정광필의 집터가 있던 곳이다. 신한은행 본점은 엽전을 찍어내던 전환국이 있던 곳으로, 금융기관의 특성상 가장 긴요하게 고려될 수밖에 없는 사통팔달의 광역 교통망과 도심으로의 접근성을 갖추고 있다. 팔요황천살과 팔로사로황천살을 비보하고 있으며, 조화로운 건축물의 형상을 이루고 있다. 현공풍수를 통해 살펴본 세 은행은 4대국(四大局), 성문결(城門訣), 음양합십(陰陽合十) 등 길지의 조건에 부합하고 있다. 그러나 현공풍수의 논리적 결함을 상쇄시킬 수 있는 결정적 요인들과 각각 합국을 이루며 최종적으로 길지의 공통적 알고리즘을 형성하고 있다. 각 은행 본점의 주산은 남산과 인왕산으로 차이를 보이고 있으며, 각가 유두혈과 첨창혈에 자리한다. 사격(砂格)과 물길에서 차이를 보이고 있으며, 좌향도 각각 남향과 서향을 하고 있다. 이는 지형지세에 따른 좌향(坐向)의 선택으로 보인다. 현공풍수에서도 차이를 보이는데, 하나은행 본점이 쌍성회향 국(局)이라면, 우리은행 본점은 쌍성회좌 국(局)이다. 반면에 신한은행 본점은 왕산왕향 국(局)이다. 따라서 하나은행과 우리은행, 신한은행 본점의 입지는 조선시대에 중요기관이 자리하던 곳으로 당시에도 명당으로 유명하던 곳이다. 시대의 변화에 따라 활용되는 용도에 차이가 있을 뿐 우리나라 금융산업의 중추적인 역할을 담당하는 주요 은행의 본점이 입점해 있다는 점은 시사하는 바가 크다. 지속적인 연구를 통해 합리적인 대안과 모색이 필요한 시점이라 할 것이다.
