결혼이민여성의 사회복지서비스 이용경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 결혼이민여성의 사회복지서비스 이용경험에 담겨있는 내용과 본질을 도출하는 것이다. 결혼이민여성들은 사회ㆍ경제ㆍ문화적 차별에 노출되어 살면서 한국사회에의 적응이 쉽지 않은 상황으로, 그만큼 사회복지서비스의 중요성은 높다. 본 연구는 사회복지관에서 서비스를 이용하고 있는 8명의 결혼이민여성을 대상으로 현상학적 방법론으로 그들의 서비스 이용경험을 분석하였다. 연구결과 결혼이민 여성의 서비스 이용경험의 본질은 결혼이민여성의 위치성에 따른 서비스 이용의 차이, 자조집단의 기능적 유용성, 사회복지사와 결혼이민여성은 제한적 전문성에 기반한 신뢰관계를 형성하고 있음을 밝혔다. The purpose of this study is to draw implications of the experiences of using social welfare services by immigrant women on marriage. In fact, those women are facing social, economic and cultural discriminations, having difficulty with adjusting to Korean society and in this regard, the importance of social welfare services is undeniable for them. In this study, experiences of eight women who had immigrated to Korea on marriage were analyzed by phenomenological approach and all of these women are currently using social welfare services. The results showed that there were different tendencies in the use of social welfare services according to their position in the family and the community. In addition, self-help group formed by those immigrant woman functioned to restore the aim of life and that they displayed the limited credibility to the professional ability of the social workers working for the welfare services.
