동심원적 구조와 패러디: A Midsummer Night’s Dream 과 Canterbury’s Tales 비교분석

This thesis is to compare and analyse the concentric structures and conclusions in Midsummer Nights' Dream and Knight’s Tale and to present the function of a play within a play represented in the former and draw a parodic comparison with Knight's Tale and Miller’s Tale in Canterbury Tales. At first, the structure in Knight’s Tale is subdivided into Divine world, the world of the powerful and the human world. Each world is not an independent or separate form but a concentric structure, which the human world is the smallest and the world of the powerful dominates and controls it and Divine world leads to the harmony with the destiny and Divine Providence. Moreover, in Midsummer Nights’ Dream, its structure seem to be more complicated. Yet the world of lovers and workmen, nymphean world and the world of the powerful are coexisting in form of concentric structure as well. While the work, Midsummer Nights’ Dream is the play on the premise of performance, the works, Knight’s Tale and Miller’s Tale have poetic expressions in medieval age, different in genre. As a work, however, all of them are analogous when reading as a reader, like a perspective of a play within a play and parody. A reader’s own horizon and the horizon within a work may come together each other and be compared, contrasted and mixed. The readers would read a work, hit upon their own experiences or other works and estimate or evaluate one. If a work is only linear in structure and that a reader is likely to be bored or cannot escape the expectant horizon as much as a threadbare remark, the tension with a reader and a work won’t occur. The literary work will be revived its suggestiveness and charm only if it should be inherent in what a reader expects and comprehend a variety of possibilities so grant him relative values. At this point, obviously both of them, Midsummer Nights’ Dream and Canterbury Tales, not only involve the expectant horizon of a reader but open diverse analytic possibilities capable of accessing as relative values for readers.

추천 시스템은 사용자들에게 관심 품목을 찾거나 평가하는데 도움을 준다. 이런 시스템은 전자 상거래를 비롯하여 전자 도서관 같은 여러 영역에서 강력한 도구가 되었다. 소비자의 인구통계학적 및 과거 구매 행동에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 미래의 구매 행동을 예측하여 판매자가 고객에게 상품을 추천할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 패턴이나 성향에 가장 적절한 상품을 탐색하여 고객의 만족도를 높여줄 수 있는 개인화 추천시스템의 설계 및 개발에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 데이터 마이닝의 연관규칙을 적용하여 고객의 구매를 예측할 수 있는 실시간 분석서비스를 제공할 수 있다. The Recommender systems help users to find and evaluate items of interest. Such systems have become powerful tools in the domains from electronic commerce to digital libraries and knowledge management. Sellers can recommend products to customers with the prediction of future buying behavior on the basis of the consumer's population statistics and past selling behavior. In this paper, we are describing the design and the development of personalization recommender system which increases satisfaction level of customers by searching products to reflect the pattern and propensity of customers properly. The suggested system supplies the real-time analysis service to predict the customers' purchase situation by applying the association rule of the data mining.

유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기반의 상황 정보 모니터링 시스템 구현

유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기술은 새로운 컴퓨팅 패러다임인 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 핵심 분야로서, 무선 센서 네트워크를 이용한 상황정보 모니터링 시스템에 적합한 기술이다. 이 기술을 모니터링 시스템에 적용하면 열악한 환경에 간편하고 저렴한 비용으로 실시간으로 발생된 상황데이터를 수집 및 분석하여 즉각적인 상황대처와 사용자가 원하는 환경의 조건을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기반에서 무선 노드의 센싱 기술을 이용하여 상황 정보 모니터링 시스템을 구축한다. 제안된 시스템은 수집될 데이터의 양이 적고 지속적인 모니터링이 불필요하고 일정한 간격으로 특정 지역에서 발생되는 상황을 감지하는 작업에 기존 유선 통신을 이용한 상황감시보다는 효율적이다. As a core area of the new computing paradigm, the Ubiquitous Sensor Network Technology utilizes a wireless sensor networking which can be applied to the Context Information Monitoring System. When the technology is used in a poor user-environment for monitoring purposes, it can cost-effectively gather the context data on real-time basis, analyze the information gathered, effectively response to the user situation, and execute orders to create environmental factors desired by the user. This study structures a system able to monitor information in regards to a user-environment based on wireless-node sensor technology coupled with the Ubiquitous Sensor Network Technology. The proposed system requires a minimal collection of data without continuous monitoring. Monitoring periodically, it can sense the user-environment more efficiently than the existing monitoring technologies based on the wire-communication technology.

The visualization of geometric algorithms use graphics and motion to explain geometric algorithm ideas and concepts. Geometric algorithms can be highly complex, hard to implement and debug and difficult to grasps. The visual nature of geometry makes animations extremely helpful. In the paper, we show that the visual realization of the Voronoi diagram and Convex hull using Plane sweep technique. This Plane sweep technique implemented by Java applet and can be shown by WWW browsers in internet.
