맞벌이 여성 사회복지전담공무원의 사회복지서비스 질에 미치는 영향요인 분석

본 연구는 맞벌이 여성 사회복지전담공무원의 사회복지서비스 질에 미치는 영향요인들의 영향력을 분석 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 가정과 직장생활에서 유발되는 주요 영향요인으로 가족기능, 정신건강, 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지를 설정하고 그 영향력을 분석하기 위하여 부산광역시 산하 사회복지전담공무원 중 맞벌이 여성 공무원 232명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성 분석의 빈도분석과 주요 변수들에 대한 기초분석을 위해 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 표준오차, 왜도, 첨도 등에 대한 기술통계분석과 영향분석으로 검증하였다. 분석결과 개인의 정신건강과 직무스트레스는 수준이 높을수록 사회복지서비스 질은 낮아졌고, 사회적 지지는 높을수록 사회복지서비스 질이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 사회복지서비스 질 향상을 위하여 사회복지전담공무원에게 필요한 실천적 방향성을 제시하였다. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of factors influencing the quality of social welfare services of dual-income female public social workers. Specifically, family function, mental health, job stress, social support are established as major influence factors arising from family and life at work and for analyzing the influence, 232 dual-income female public workers were subjected to survey among public social workers under the Busan Metropolitan City. With SPSS 22.0 program, frequency analysis, analysis of the common characteristics and descriptive statistical analysis of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, standard error, skewness, kurtosis, etc. and influence analysis for basic analysis on major variables were conducted to verify. In result of the analysis, it was found that quality of social welfare services tended to decreased as level of mental health and job stress increased, and quality of social welfare services tended to increased as social support increased. Based on these findings, the practical directions were presented for public social workers to increase quality of social welfare services.
