There are many uncertainties in simulating the rainfall-runoff process using the hydrologic model by simplifying the natural water cycle process. These uncertainties are affected by the parameters inherent in the hydrologic model, as well as the errors of the input data to represent the watershed condition and climate. This study analyzed the uncertainty of SWAT parameters using GLUE (General Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation) under the assumption that there is no error in the input data and the data used for calibration. Uncertainty analysis was carried out for 13 parameters of SWAT for the Gapcheon watershed from 2008 to 2016 including 3 years of warm-up period. Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) was used as a likelihood measure. The highest likelihood (NSE) in the process of uncertainty analysis was estimated to be 0.74.
