본 연구의 목적은 국내 HRD 분야에서 발표된 코칭관련 연구를 분석하여 코칭연구동향을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 2000년부터 2015년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 학술논문 중 HRD 분야의 코칭관련 연구 총 53편을 대상으로 연구년도, 연구주제, 코칭분류, 연구방법을 분석의 틀로 하여 동향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 코칭과 관련 실질적인 연구는 2008년부터 활성화되었고, HRD 현장에서 리더 관련 코칭의 효과를 확인하기 위한 실증연구가 가장 많이 수행된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 리더코칭, 경영자코칭, 비즈니스코칭, 커리어코칭, 팀코칭, 그룹코칭의 코칭연구가 주로 이루어졌고 이를 통해 HRD 분야에서 코칭이 리더십, 개인개발 및 경력개발 솔루션으로 활용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구가 다양한 주제와 분류로 확대되었지만 세부적인 연구가 수행되지 않은 영역이 많아 HRD 현장에서의 효과적인 적용을 위해 양적 그리고 질적 측면에서 지속적인 코칭 관련 연구가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 분석의 과정에서 연구자들이 코칭 관련 용어를 사용함에 있어 연구자 마다 차이가 있어 향후 코칭 연구에 있어 합의된 용어 사용과 이론의 정교화가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the trend of coaching research in the area of HRD and to suggest future directions for coaching research in Korea. A total 53 coaching articles published from 2000 to 2015 in Korea were analyzed. The findings are as follows. First, research for coaching has been carried out actively since 2008. Articles focused mainly on leader coaching and measuring coaching effectiveness. Further, many studies were carried out with various points of view to establish coaching theory. Second, leader coaching, executive coaching, business coaching, career coaching, group coaching and team coaching were addressed as core topics. In the field of HRD, coaching solutions are utilized for individual development and career development. In addition, the use of the terms related to coaching differed from researcher to researcher. The elaboration of theory and terminology in coaching studies need to be highlighted. Based on these findings, some implications are discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 세계시민성 함양을 위한 세계시민역량을 규명하고 현장에서 실천력을 강화하기 위한 우선순위역량을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국내외 현황 및 문헌 분석을 통해 세계시민역량을 도출하고 도출된 역량의 적합성을 검증하기 위해 델파이 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 도출된 역량을 기반으로 중학생이 우선적으로 갖춰야 할 최우선순위역량을 제시 하였다. 우선, 선행연구의 종합분석을 통해 총 21개의 세계시민역량을 도출하였다. 각 역량의 내용타당도와 변이계수 분석을 통해 다국어능력 역량은 내용적합도가 타당하지 않은 것으로 확인되어 이를 제외한 총 20개 역량이 중학생이 갖춰야 할 세계시민역량으로 선정되었다. 최종 20개 역량 중에서 최우선순위 역량을 도출하기 위해 3단계의 우선순위 요구분석을 적용하였다. 이를 통해 다양성 존중, 존중감(타인감/배려), 변화에 대한 믿음, 디지털정보 문해력, 사회정의/평화에 대한 신념이 최우선순위 역량으로 도출되었다. 마지막으로 이를 기반으로 학교 현장에서 실천력 강화에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to validate global citizen competency for enhancement of the middle school students and to draw the its prioritization to improve practicality in the field. For this purpose, Delphi analysis was carried out to derive global citizen competency through domestic and international literature analysis and to verify its suitability. In addition, based on the verified competencies, the highest priority of competence that middle school students need is presented. The study result shows that first, a total of 21 global citizen competencies were derived through a comprehensive analysis of previous studies. Second, through the analysis of content validity and coefficient verification on each competency, it was confirmed that multi - lingual competence was not reasonable and a total of 20 competencies were selected. Third, three steps of priority needs analysis were applied and resulted in 5 competencies as the highest prioritization among the final 20 competencies. Those 5 competencies include respect for diversity, consideration of others, belief in change, digital information literacy and social justice & peace. Based on this, we suggested some implications that could contribute to the enhancement of practical ability at the school site.
