The purpose of this report is to improve performance of battery system in extremely low temperature condition(-32℃). For instance, engine starting for aircraft needs high current in a moment so they are required high performance battery to avoid starting failure especially in low temperature. Using convergence integration technology with capacitor makes successful performance result for aircraft battery system in defense industry. This technology to use battery and capacitor together in a system is first application for high electricity equipment. It has great opportunity and possibility of development for industry that demands high electric power in the near future.
