        광물성 섬유의 폐장내 주입에 따른 조직변화와 MIP-2의 관련성

        The pulmonary recruitment and activation of inflammatory cells, in particular, neutrophils is thought to contribute to lung injury resulting from dust exposure. MIP-2(macrophage inflammatory protein-2) which is a member of C-X-C chemokine plays a key role in neutrophil recruitment to sites of tissue injury. Especially, mineral fiber induced pulmonary response is as a model for the neutrophil recruitment. Therefore, we evaluated the distribution of MIP-2 expression in lung tissue of mineral fiber exposed rat using immunohistochemical study and the relationship between degree of inflammation of lower respiratory tract and MIP-2 expression. Total cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) fluid in mineral fiber-exposed group were markedly increased compared with each control group even not in ceramic fiber group. Number of neutrophil in BAL fluid in mineral fiber-exposed group were markedly increased compared with each control group until 4th weeks but except ceramic fiber group. In chrysotile group, number of neutrophil in BAL fluid were markedly increased compared with control group at 8the week. Lung tissue instilled with all kinds of mineral fibers showed remarkable developments of bronchus associated lymphoid tissue(BALT) and small multiple granulomas but not for ceramic fiber group. In chrysotile group, multiple granuloma and inflammatory change were more profuse response compared with other groups. MIP-2 was predominently expressed in epithelial cells of bronchioles and bronchus and was express also found in macrophages with lung section at 1 week after fiber instillation. Small amount of epithelial cell associated MIP-2 was present in chrysotile at 8 week group. But MIP-2 was not seen in epithelial cells and macrophages in the lung tissue instilled with crocidolite, ceramic fiber and glass fiber at 8 weeks. Our finding suggest that MIP-2 is predominantly expressed in bronchial epithelial cells of lung from mineral fiber-exposed rat and correlated with inflammatory cell, especially neutrophil, recruitment and tissue reaction. And we documented that MIP-2 expression and neutrophil recruitment in man-made vitreous fiber-exposed rat, especially glass fiber, less than chrysotile.

        대학생 학습성과에 대한 잠재프로파일 분석: 수업 내‧외 학습경험을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 한국교육개발원의 ‘대학의 교수·학습 질 제고 전략 탐색 연구’ 2주기(2018~2022년) 데이터 중 2022년도 조사에 참여한 95개 일반대학 대학생 53,310명을 대상으로, 학습성과 양상을 파악하기 위하여 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시하였으며, 학습성과 프로파일에 따른 수업 내·외 학습경험의 차이를 분석하고 학습성과 전략 수립 등에 주는 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 학습성과 프로파일은 하위변인의 평균 점수에 따라 ① 높은 학습성과형, ② 평균 학습성과형, ③ 낮은 학습성과형, ④ 위기 학습성과형 등의 양상으로 나타났으며, 분류된 학생들의 학습성과 잠재집단 간에 수업 내·외 학습경험의 차이를 확인한 결과, 프로파일 유형에 따른 수업 내·외 학습경험의 평균, 사후검증 결과 등은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 제언을 제시하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 개발한 4가지 학습성과 잠재프로파일 유형은 일반대학에도 적용할 수 있는 일반화가능성이 높다. 둘째, 학습성과를 나타내는 주요 핵심역량 변인은 상호연관되어 있으므로 학습성과를 높이기 위한 통합적 접근이 요구된다. 셋째, 학습성과에는 수업 내 경험이 훨씬 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 수업 내에서의 도전적이고 긍정적인 경험을 제공하기 위한 교수역량 개발 지원에 대한 검토가 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to categorize college students' learning outcomes into latent profiles and analyze the differences in learning experiences inside and outside of class among students in each group. Accordingly, latent profile analysis and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were conducted on 53,310 college students (95 universities) who participated in the 2022 ‘Strategic Planning for the Advancement of the Teaching-Learning Quality in Higher Education’. As a result of the study, the learning outcome profile was found to have the following aspects depending on the average score of the sub-variables: ① high learning outcome, ② average learning outcome, ③ low learning outcome, and ④ crisis learning outcome. As a result of confirming the differences in learning experiences in and out of class between the classified students' learning performance and potential groups, the average of in and out of class learning experiences according to profile type and post-test results were found to be statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions were presented. First, the four types of learning performance potential profiles developed in this study have high generalizability and can be applied to general universities. Second, since the major core competency variables that represent learning outcomes are interrelated, an integrated approach is required to increase learning outcomes. Third, as in-class experience appears to have a much greater impact on learning outcomes, a review of support for teaching competency development to provide challenging and positive experiences in class is required.
