피아노 연주 중심의 음악치료 프로그램이 주의력결핍 아동의 주의집중에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 주의력 결핍 아동을 대상으로 피아노라는 도구를 사용하여 아동의 주의집중을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상으로 DSM-Ⅳ에 의거하여 주의력 결핍에 해당하는 시설 아동 10명이 실험집단에 배정되었고, 동일한 방법으로 10명이 통제 집단에 무선 배정되었다. 연구의 사전과 사후에 본 연구자가 재 구성한 선택적 주의집중과 지속적 주의집중 검사 도구가 실험 집단과 통제 집단에게 사용되었다. 16회기의 피아노 연주 중심 음악치료 프로그램 실험 집단에게 시행되고 통제 집단은 아무런 처치도 받지 않았다. 이를 통해 얻은 결론은 사전과 비교 하였을 때 실험집단 아동에게서 피아노 연주 중심 음악치료 프로그램이 주의력 결핍아동의 주의집중에 긍정적인 영향을 미친것을 알 수 있다. 이는 주의력 결핍 아동에게 피아노 연주 중심 음악치료는 아동의 주의집중을 향상시키는데 효과적인 도구임을 시사한다. The purpose of this research is to study the influences of piano music therapy program on selective and sustained attention for the children with attention deficit disorder(ADD). For this goal, the questions established for this thesis are the followings. First, what kind of influence does the piano music therapy program have on selective attention of children with ADD? Second, what kind of influence does the piano music therapy program have on sustained attention of children with ADD? Third, does the piano music therapy program show significant difference between the experimental group and the control group? To consider these research questions, the clinical research model is the following. The pre and post test was designed to be that the independent variable was the piano music therapy program and the dependent variables were selective and sustained attention. The measurement for attention, which was re-constructed based on the consideration of research subject, was applied to evaluate the selective and sustained attention. The experimental group had 10 children with ADD by DSM-IV among the third and the fourth grade children in T facility in Y-gu, Seoul. Based on the equivalent select criterion, 10 children belong to O facility in Chunan city were assigned to the control group. The clinical program was consisted of total 16 sessions, twice for a week and it was one on one individual session which took 30mins at every session. The session was started with hello song, followed by piano practice and theory considering third and fourth grade children`s interest, and finally it ended with good-bye song. To compare with the attention indexes from pre and post piano music therapy program, "Homogeneity Test between two variables" was performed with non-parametric statistics in SPSS/15.0 program.
